Positives: Strong and very physical in the paint. Likes to mix it up with the opposing big men in the post. Uses his strength well to get good position in the paint and the on the boards. Excellent offensive skills. Has great ball handling skills for a guy his size. Great shooter and can consistently make the college 3 pointer. Very skilled in the post. Fundamentally sound and has a good basketball IQ. A vast amount of post moves and a very good touch around the basket.

Negatives: Although he is an intelligent player, at times can get a little too physical and get into foul trouble. A little short for the power forward position at the NBA level. Has shown signs that he could be a great passer, but doesn't really pass on his Golden Gopher team. This is mostly because they are so dependent on him scoring every time he touches the ball.
