I was born in Loogootee, Indiana, and moved to Odon, Indiana before starting school.

Here I am in 1947 and I was in the fifth grade at the Odon grade school.  At Odon I received my first eleven years of schooling, for my senior year I attended Highland High located in Albuquerque, New Mexico where I graduated in 1954.

My folks moved back to Odon in the summer of 1954.  I joined the Air Force with Warren Porter in the fall of 1954, I was discharged in 1958.  During the Berlin crisis in 1961 I was called to active duty, and served in the European theater in France, and received another discharge in 1961.

I spent my working years at Crane Naval Ammunition Depot, Crane, Indiana in the Department of Defense.

I am now fully retired in Arizona where the winters are not so cold and the summers not so humid.  My time is spent treasure hunting, writing, and aggravating Shirley.
