Trial FeesEntry Fee: $20.00 for the first entry of a dog and $15.00 for each additional entry of the same dog (includes $.50 AKC recording fee) per day. Notice to ExhibitorsTelegraph, Telephone, and Unsigned Entries Cannot be Accepted. Entries not on official AKC entry forms and photocopies of entry forms without agreement and rules on the reverse side of the official AKC entry form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Mail All Entries to Ms. Barbara Blanchfield, Trial Secretary, 1322 Foxwood Drive, Monroeville, PA 15146-4459. Entries without fees will not be accepted. Acknowledgment of entries will be made as soon as possible with tickets and/or identification cards. Should acknowledgment not be received by the exhibitor within a reasonable time, please notify the Trial Secretary on (412) 373-3339. Make All Checks and Money Orders payable to the Westmoreland County Obedience Training Club (WCOTC). Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Show secretary assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Post Dated Checks and Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Show Secretary will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check. No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort will be made to find all duplicate entries; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance. Entry fees shall Not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by a Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the show committee. If because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry will be made. Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. Please type or print carefully , the information on entry forms to eliminate errors. Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Judges Will Not Wait for any Dog Holding Up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in judging ring when classes are called to be judged. All Dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercise ring. Bitches in season will not be admitted to the Trial. Any exhibitor with a bitch entered, which is in season on the Trial date, will be refunded the entry fee, less $5.00 (each day), upon written certification by a veterinarian. Exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of any entry fees paid will be made. Declination of Entries. Westmoreland County Obedience Training Club may decline any entries and may remove any dog on account of disease, viciousness, or other cause and no one shall have any claim against WCOTC or any official thereof. Overnight parking is available at show site. No electrical hookups for motor homes or campers are available. No tenting space. Food will be available at the show site. Exhibitors are responsible for picking up after their dog(s). All dogs present must be held on leash except when being judged. WCOTC will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items left at the show site. No dogs are allowed other than in designated areas. No private x-pens allowed. Limited crating in building. All special prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the Trial. None will be mailed. Winning dog and/or handler must be present or prize will be forfeited. Pleasant Road.From the North/East From Route 22 in Delmont, exit onto Route 66 South (Toll Road). Follow to Route 30 exit (toll =75 cents in change). Turn left at light onto Route 30 East. Follow for 3.8 miles to the Mt. Pleasant Road Exit. Travel south past University Drive to the University of Pittsburgh Greensburg Campus entrance on the right. Follow signs for parking. Trial is located in Gym of the Student Center. From the South Take Route 119 North from New Stanton, through Youngwood to Route 30 East. Travel East to the Mt. Pleasant Road Exit. Travel south past University Drive to the University of Pittsburgh Greensburg Campus entrance on the right. Follow signs for parking. Trial is located in Gym of the Student Center. From the West Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 7 (Irwin). Follow Route 30 East for 8.7 miles to the Mt. Pleasant Road Exit. Travel south past University Drive to the University of Pittsburgh Greensburg Campus entrance on the right. Follow signs for parking. Trial is located in Gym of the Student Center.
