WCOTC started holding specialty classes in January, 1999 when we moved into our own training building. Summer schedule: Wednesday 6:30 - 8:00 PM Conformation Sunday 6:00 PM Freesyle I 7:00 PM Freestyle II Our classes are held at our training facility in the Delmont North Industrial Park, on Route 66 just north of Delmont, PA.
