| Auriga can be one of the easiest constellations to find in the winter sky. When you go out and begin looking, look for a bright yellow star nearly overhead. There are two stars close by that form a triangle. Use these stars to from a box with the nearby stars. This box is the constellation Auriga, the charioteer. Capella Capella is roughly the same color as the sun. Capella lies 42 light years away. |
