FRANCISCO DELLMORE
"SECRET - SNIFFER"
Francisco was born in Mexico, but his mother
left and went north, totally unaware the father of her child had been an Uktena
Garou. She settled in New York, working as a janitor to get Francisco through
school.
Although Francisco was marginally intelligent, he soon fell in with the wrong
crowd and joined a gang. After a while, he became involved in drug smuggling,
con tricks and gang violence. When his first change occurred, he
was completely alone and would have become a lost cub if the New York sept
hadn't found him and taken him in.
Francisco was forcibly removed from the streets and his gang friends and
resented it. He learned reasonably well about Garou society, but he never fully
trusted the white people who had been his enemies since birth. He was
always looking in the wrong direction and took notice of things he shouldn't
have taken notice of. Eventually, he'd pried into too many secrets and the Sept
leader decided to send him away from New York.
He survived his Rite of Passage. For the Rite, he was transported by a Moon
Bridge into the Rocky mountains, where he survived on his own for many days,
eventually making it into a town and hitching his way across America back to
New York. Straight after completing this task, though, the Sept leader sent him
north into Maine and the Sept of the Eagle Eye, as he had trod on too many toes
and was not adjusting to Sept life in New York.
Francisco feels that he has been pushed around too much, and although he is
basically an easy going, friendly person, he is not particularly well disposed
to the Sept of the Eagle Eye. He has grown up distrusting white
people in general, and although he has tried to adjust, he does not always trust
them. Francisco doesn't talk too much, but his natural easy going lets him get
on well with most people. At the present time, however, he is more
than a little sick of Garou society dictating his every move and will try to
break away if he is pushed too hard. He has a natural Uktena curiosity,
magnified ten times. He is always trying to find the reason for things.
