ROBERT, WHAT'S UP? PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF AND TELL US HOW THE NEW SONGS ARE COMING...

Well, I'm the torturous master, the fucking hellbastard who keeps the true brutal death high since too many years to remember. My concept of brutal death is not only music, its an attitude. something that most of mortals and vulgar mass can't feel. The new songs will be of course more brutal than ever...than anyone. Violence and darkness are the real thing. You'll piss in your pants baby!!

One is sucking dicks in the corner of a street. One other is selling his ass for two bucks. Well those people are defeated. They didn't have enough balls to carry Fermento like a big thing. They fear, Haha! The Portuguese tour was cancelled because it would be "too much for their bodies". Fuck that crap man!! It's a problem to get serious and true musicians. To many people are in Fermento and every one of them were scum. Everybody was at 15% serious compared to me. Always I was Fermento! I composed lyrics and music and did promotion by mail, and all concepts, ideas, and beliefs. The new line-up is a surprise. Serious and true, that's what I can tell you. The most important member with me is Sonia (ex-Unnatural). This queen of bombardment is the truest you can find and I can say we are the two people who more time stay in the Spanish scene (more than 16 years!).

GIVE ME ALL THE INFORMATION YOU CAN ON THE NEW ALBUM...WHAT LABEL WILL IT BE ON, AND WHAT WILL IT BE CALLED?

Ablated Records will release the Thermonuclear stuff. About the title, there is no sure title yet. The title is very important because it will have the whole concept of the album. I can tell you this CD is the most extreme stuff made from Fermento and you will feel that stuff only can be made by a real supreme dark entity. Not only my words man! Serious and raw violence here! Remember that "symbols..." is old stuff, and in this year I'm more demented than ever. "Symbols..." is really extreme and brutal, you know it man, but compared to the new stuff..."Symbols..." is a little funny. ha ha! Now we are more dark and extreme.

HAVE YOU GOTTEN ANY RECORD LABEL TO RE-RELEASE THE "SYMBOLS OF SUPREMACY" ALBUM?

Yeah. It's original that "Symbols..." will be released soon in a cassette format with a free poster and sticker inside by Supreme Records (Columbia). That's great because the CD is sold out. Indeed that CD hasn't had good promotion because Goremania sucks their own dicks, and don't move the stuff! There was only one edition of 1000 copies that were sold out quickly. I think this CD must be released again with good promotion. I hope somebody will release it again.

ARE YOU HAPPY TO BE ON ABLATED RECORDS AND DO YOU PREFER TO BE ON A LABEL FROM AMERICA?

Yes, man of course! Fermento has always been proud to be underground, and we never sent any stuff to any big label because I don't believe in commercial shitty things. Ablated is underground, and sick like hell! To me, it's incredible, and it's better to me to stay with other musicians, you know! In Ablated, they're Regurgitation members. It's a brutal death circle. Only fuckin Brutal Death!!!

Ha! It's a difficult question to answer, because I got perverted and demented thoughts every fucking day!! How could I explain my misanthropic concepts? I'm bored of the humanity...really bored. There's nothing new. Nobody can surprise me. I dominate! My pleasure to conquer and dominate is in my blood. Every day, every hour, I need to temper my drive. I need intensity. The human race are lucky that I don't have power (I say political or financial power), because things would be the opposite. In the past long years I was only with the impulse to shoot every brain I see, but now people are boring me. They're not interesting to me. They're always the same typical insipid masses. Oh fuck, the loneliness of the supreme! I say the fucking supremacy inside the veins! Inside every fucking cell. It's like a whole "Spirit" man! My feelings are untypical and very clear. NOW THIS IS A RUMOR THAT FERMENTO ARE RIP-OFFS, BUT IN REALITY IT WAS GOREMANIA NOT SENDING THE CD'S OUT AND WRITING PEOPLE BACK. PLEASE CLEAR THIS RUMOR UP.

No man, there isn't a rumor. Nobody can tell Fermento are rip-offs! Goremania don't exist now. Don't write Goremania!! That maggot ripped off many people. Everybody who wrote Fermento were answered then. It's impossible that Fermento ripped off anybody. About Goremania, he is missing. He never answers mail or phone. Fuck that cocksucker!!! I know many people who ordered Fermento T-shirts and never received them. What can I say? I hope now this serious label called Ablated do the things right!!

WHAT'S IT LIKE BEING IN THE BEST BAND OUT OF SPAIN AND HAVING YOUR PREVIOUS RECORD LABELS FUCKING YOU OUT OF YOUR OWN MUSIC? WHAT HAPPENED TO GOREMANIA RECORDS?

Ha...What do you think how I feel? Kill them!!! Torture them!! You can see this scene is full of scum. We must separate. We must extreme our circle! Selection is the word my music is only for an elite and some "Spentmoney Teenagers" and special divisions must create! I say it because I make music for a special type of person and why not? We do sell some to novice ones, but only if they're on the right way!

Well, I remember I put that name because I heard it in the "Effigy of the Forgotten" LP by Suffocation. It's possible that Frank (Mullen) didn't say that word, but I heard it! The other thing is the meaning. And it means new life from the dead flesh, you know ferment. But in Spanish it's with an "o", and sounds stronger. I was thinking of changing the name back in '93 to Recremation, but other idiot members didn't want it.

HOW IS THE SCENE IS SPAIN? I KNOW SPAIN HAS SOME REAL WEAK ASS SHITTY BANDS SUCH AS AVULSED AND SOME BLACK METAL CRAP. IT'S TIME TO HEAR WHAT SPAIN HAS TO OFFER IN BRUTALITY!

Ha...I can say that Fermento is the only serious real death band from Spain. We're the oldest and the only who supports brutal death day to day. Too many groups disolved or changed into wimpy, poser stuff. I can mention too many. Uncreation, Reincarnation, Desecrate, Necrotic, etc, and so many groups that and only survive one or two years. A Fucking Teenager trend!! Well, at this moment there are a few groups that make death like Cerebral Effusion, Worms, Apocalyptic, Teratoma, Scent of Death, etc...

I KNOW YOU ARE A FAN OF NOTHING BUT ABSOLUTE BRUTALITY. WHAT ARE A COUPLE OF YOUR FAVORITE BANDS? WHO IS THE MOST BRUTAL BAND EVER? HAVE YOU GOT ANY NEW ALBUMS LATELY THAT JUST CRUSH?

My favorite new stuff ar the Clean Flesh MCD, Disgorge (USA) last CD (She Lay Gutted), and the Devourment CD (138). About old stuff, well Deteriorot, Hardware, Goreaphobia, the Splattered Cadaver demo. Entity was my favorite group for years! Magus, the first demo of Embrionic Death, the first Bestial Warlust CD is pure warspirit, the Mortal Decay demos, the Embalmer EP, and Decrepit rules! Now there aren't too many stuff to choose from, but I like Deprecated, Brodequin, Incantation, Immolation, Rotting, Deranged, Broken Hope, and not many more. My favorite are Clean Flesh, because it's dense, dirty, extreme, and real underground! Disgorge (USA) because I love the blast beats, and Devourment because they rule! They are darker than anybody, pure, pure darkness! These 3 groups do exactly the way it should be. Listen to it man, and learn!!!

WHAT'S IT LIKE BEING A CHRISTIAN AND FUCKING POODLES ALL THE TIME? I HEAR THERE'S A LOT OF THAT IN SPAIN.
