What's up? Introduce yourself and give me your bands history. 

Hi Alex (??? -ed), What's up? I'm Javier, one of the guitars of WORMED. WORMED started up in late '98, when Dani, Guille and me got in touch with Andy thanks to common friends. We all wanted to form an extreme music band, and were rehearsing for some months, until we realized that we needed a voice and a mind according to the band's development. Then Phlegeton joined the band. He had been involved with Andy in some other projects. Then WORMED made its mind about the future and reached its ultimate line-up. We started to play live in January '99, and from then on we have played in some shows, sharing the stage with SEPSISM, ABORTED, HUMAN MINCER, SANATORIUM, RULE OF THUMB, VIRULENCE... Up to now we've released two editions of our first demo-MCD "Floating Cadaver in the Monochrome" (march and august '2000). 

What is Wormed about? I noticed your lyrics are not the usual gore, religion lyrics and your demo cover is totally different then any cover I've seen. I'm glad to see the originality. 

WORMED is a mental state in which the human being dwells inside this immense universe, like a small "worm" inside an "intestine," (the Universe). And how he feels when realises that he cannot get outside of it. The necessity of crossing to beyond, something as being caught in a pre-dimension. It isn't anything material, it is simply a way of naming a deep human emotion, we call to this feeling WORMED. 

Can you explain what is on the cover of the demo? 

The concept of this MCD is based on a star system located in the external space near Centaur A . Like a means of transport by which a series of phases are completed in the space/time. Each track represents one of these phases, but they are all related to each other. It's a history of several chapters all represented in geometric figures, for example: what appears on the cover artwork is one of the eight ectoplasmic spheres that feed the Geodesic Dome (the Octahedron that appears inside the MCD). This Dome is the center of the system by which we pass to another dimension. This is only the concept of the MCD "Floating Cadaver in the monochrome". WORMED´s brand new full-length will be the threshold to this dimension. 

Who came up with the name Wormed? Is there any special reason for the name? Did the name come from personal experience? 

About the name, I've explained it before. No personal experience about this, but if you want look in a dog anus... 

Has anyone in the band ever been wormed or gotten worms from all the time's y'all been sodomized? 

The only experience about this happened when one of our members had an astral trip and floated with entities that really liked to be backfucked. 

What's your opinion on having anal sex with midget's and amputees? 

I think is cool, feeling your superiority, all the positions that you want and also that they can't hit you. I like when the midgets suck my dick and they don't have to kneel down. This is personal... 

Give me some information on the Wormed full length. 

We want to record a full length in the beginning of year 2001 with one track from the mcd and the rest all new. About the new songs I think that we have evolved our sound, and we go on developing WORMED's concept. As with time we improve our technique, I think the new riffing are more twisted. We are also trying to be more experimental, with an electronic wave, and stuff like that, but always keeping our dense sound. About the company, we have offers from QUABALAH PROD, and SOULREAPER, but the best offer to date comes from the Japanese MACABRE MEMENTOS. 

Where do you come up with the all so mighty guitar riffs? What inspires your music? 

We hear lots of kinds of music and also lots of bands inspire us. We try to make the songs the most intense as possible and always try to give them our feeling. If you want to know which bands influenced us, I can only say that they are many, but maybe the NY-style is what we like most. 

Is anyone in the band a Christian or anyone of you fuck poodles? Do you prefer fucking children or poodles?

Please don't lie this is an important question. We hate everything about any religion and the mind's manipulation. We think that these people are losers in their own world. I haven't have any of these experiences , but if this ever happens in the future be sure that I won't tell you. I'll only say it to my mother to know her opinion about my sexual life.

What's your opinion on the scene in Spain?

I think that now there are new bands that are really fine bands. Bands like VIRULENCE or HUMAN MINCER that believe in the music that they play. Also bands from other cities of Spain make music as good as in other countries that think that they are the best of the world.

Can you give me some reasons why black metal and country music is the gayest form of music ever?

I can't tell you reasons for this, but I like the extreme black metal with crude sound, about country music I like very much this boots.
