Ol'Dirty Bastard Profile

Ol'Dirty Bastard, born as Russell Jones, is by far Wutang's most interesting and unpredictable member. ODB was born in Fort Green, Brooklyn, N.Y. in 1969. ODB and cousins RZA and the Genius(GZA) put together the the group with 5 other hardcore rappers for there debut album Enter The Wu Tang(36Chambers).(Of course you know that there is now 10 members, not 8.) In 1995 he released his first solo album Return of the36 chambers: The Dirty Version which was produced by the RZA. In 1998, Ol'Dirty started his own clothing line Dirty Wear, saved a girl trapped under a car, stormed the stage at the Grammys in disgust of losing the Rap Album of the Year to Puff Daddy, tried to change his name (unsuccessfully) to Big Baby Jesus, got shto in the back by an intruder in his own home, had a warrant issued for his arrest for stealing a pair of shoes, started his own Osirus Entertainment" record label, had his range rover stolen in manhattan, gto arrested for threatening a security guard in L.A. , got kicked out of a hotel in berlin, and got arrested for threatening to kill his ex-girlfriend. Also, in 1999, he released his second solo album Nigga Please.
