Who care? I do not care, for sure.

If we called the historical, the inventor of the TR(transistor) working at the BELL LAB.

One more piece of information. Marvell sued Hwa Wei and won. Now, some  of
Hwa wei's gears are banned in US, Europe and other countries.  However, China allows Hwa Wei to sell in China.

When I said "wrong" in my last email, I meaned KJ's information was
wrong. Cisco had sued Hwa Wei long time ago and won, not just now.  However, Hwa Wei survived because China wanted it that way.

The point is that "when a super big corporation is
sueing a rather small emerging company, it means that
the former is feeling challenge from the latte   r."    If
a large company hires lawers instead of engineers,
then you, as an investor, should watch out.
