Sambal Iris
(onion, tomato and chili condiment)

     1 medium onion, sliced in thin strips
     1 small tomato, diced
     1 small fresh hot red chili, cut into thin strips
     1 small fresh hot green chili, cut into thin strips
     1/4 cup fresh lime juice
     fresh lime zest
Combine everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Let stand at room temperature for about 30
minutes before serving.
You could also add about 1 tsp of chopped fresh basil to this.
Serves: about 1/2 cup
