Pancakes 4 oz. plain white flour 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsps baking powder Pinch salt 7.5 fl. oz. soya milk Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix thoroughly. Mix in soya milk and oil and whisk until smooth. Heat some oil in a frying pan. It is hot enough if a drop of batter on the pan sizzles. Quickly pour some of the batter around the pan to form a thin circle. Shake the pan to stop the pancake sticking and cook both sides for a few minutes. Serve with lemon juice and sugar or any topping you like |
