1. Greeting
The WUSB-President, Wolfgang Ketzler, greets
all present delegates and guests and determines the proper invitation and
quorum of the meeting. He thanks the Hungarian club for the organization of the
show.
29 delegates are present.

Greeting-word of the
president of the Hungarian St. Bernard-Club Csaba Gyözö
The president of the Hungarian club greets all present and says to them
a heartful welcome in Esztergom. He wishes all a beautiful weekend and gives
the word to the deputy of the parliament. This introduces the city Esztergom
and gives suggestions to the arrangement of the weekend. He wishes a good
course of the event in the name of the city.
The representative of the Hungarian Kennel Club MEOE, Mr. Levende,
translates everything in German and English.

Minutes of Belgium 2003
Against the minutes of Belgium 2003 are raised no objections.
4.
Report the 1. president and
review on the last year
Wolfgang Ketzler reports that the last year has proceeded very calm. He
speaks once again of the WUSB-meeting in Belgium, that not statutory has
proceeded. He refers to his comments in the Barry International. The trophies for the WUSB-Champions are paid not until today.
The president of the Belgian club, Franky De Tandt, tries in detailed
explanations to excuse the different disgraces. The Board considers to
adjudicate after §12 of the statute. After unending
implementations of Franky De Tandt, through which no final clarification of the
issue is reached, Rudolf Thomann applies „end of the discussion “. One votes on
it.
The discussion is finished with 20 pros.
5.
Report of the secretary
Erika Kalscheuer asks the delegates to declare their fax - or
e-mail-addresses so that the sending of the invitations and minutes becomes
easier.
6.
Report of the treasurer
The treasurer Reto Wiederkehr gives an overview over the cash
register-situation. At the moment there is a plus from approximately 11.000
Euro. He reports that all bills were sent to the member clubs. The counts of
the members are announced.
7.
Report of the editor of the
„Barry International “
Wolfgang Ketzler thanks Jan van de Belt and Kari Augestad for their
achieved work. He praises the beautiful guise of the the „Barry “. Jan van de
Belt asks to the repeated time for delivery of the club-magazines.
Kari Augestad reports that the printing work is unfortunately no longer
capable to print the Barry. There will still be only two more editions in the
year 2005. It must become deliberate as it continues. The next Barry will be published
in October 2004.
8.
Changing of the statutes
a) Establishment of a Dean of judges (judges chairman)
In articles 20 should be added a new sentence for the election of a
judges chairman: „The judges-meeting elects a judges chairman all three years out
of the present judges. He prepares the judges-meetings and chairs it. “
On the basis of the this year's low participation with the meetings, the
alteration should first take place for one year. The election of the judges
chairman is passed on the judges-meeting.

Establishment of an
intermediate class in the WUSB-shows
In many countries, there is an intermediate class (15 to 24 months). It
is proposed, the establishment of the intermediate class to leave to the resepective
country organizing of the WUSB-show.

for organizing clubs of 600 to 750 Euro

Member-clubs with less than
100 members shall pay the half contribution, therefore 50 Euro.

The Irish club is admitted.

Placing of the WUSB-shows
for 2007 and 2008
The Slovak club applies for the organization of the WUSB 2007.

Luxembourg and Finland apply for 2008.
Luxembourg celebrates 2008 its 15-year-club-jubilee. Finland explains
the proposition that the World Dog Show takes place in the neighbor-country
Sweden.
One votes on the propositions of the two countries.
14 votes for Luxembourg, 14 votes for Finland.
Since the voice of the chairperson adjudicates with tie, the WUSB-show
will take place 2008 in Luxembourg.

Last piece of information of
the Hungarian club about the WUSB-show 2004
Csaba Gyözö gives last information about the course of the event. 100
dogs from 15 countries have been entered. It is judged in three rings. Opening
the show at 09.30 o'clock, beginning of the judging at 10.00 o'clock.

Short-piece of information
of the Spanish club about the WUSB-show 2005 and election of seven judges
Kari Augestad is the responsible for the organization of the WUSB 2005
in Estepona (Spain). She gives a short overview over the place and the course. Date is the Sunday
before Easter. On
March 19th, 2005, the meetings take place and on March, 20th, 2005 the
show. She hands out advertisement and refers to the next „Barry International “
with detailed informations.

Piece of information over
the current stand of the standard-changing (Switzerland)
The president of the Swiss club, Rudolf Thomann, reports that the new
standard is in force since April 1st, 2004. It can be looked up in the Internet
in four languages.
13.
Piece of information of all
member-clubs about the establishment of the hip x-raying
A small success can already be recorded with reference to the
establishment of the x-raying. In nine countries, the x-raing is already
obligated, in 11 countries it still takes place on voluntary basis. About Australia and
New Zealand, nothing is known.
