Meeting Called to Order by the President at 4:00pm

Items discussed:
    I.  New Members: Shirley Johnson and Joe Cicero, nominated and voted in, uninamously---welcome aboard!
    II.  President's Report
            -SBA Group Certification is official--We'ree a real group now
            -Caucus Office---sometime next week we get an office
    III. Vice President's Report---as read by the President
            -ACLU Debates are a go----Committe formed, the Debate Triumverate is formed
            -T-shirts---we're using a "Top Ten" list foor the shirts, either To Be Republican or in the Caucus (etc)
                ---we need ideas, so send 'em in, if you waant, send them to me I'll get them to the President
    IV. Treasurer's Report
            -Exact funding unknown: $500, minus the $30 or so from the Reagan Day fund raiser
            -website is up and running smoothly, check it out at http://www.oocities.org/wuslrc/
    V.  Old Business
            -social gathering to be held next week at Galluccio's (how do you spell that?) next Monday (the 12th) at                  8:30pm.  For map, directions, etc, see the website.
            -There's a Young Republican's Meeting next Thursday at 6:30pm in Wilmington---the President has the                  details for those interested in going.
            -Shannon Reeves update---We're waiting for the Registrar's Office to get on the ball and get back to Mr.                  Secretary re: the open dates when Vale is available
    VI. New Business
            -Larry Craig Resolution---Adopt-A-Senator pplan is going ahead as scheduled.  Mr. President and Mr.                      Treasurer will be drafting up the Resolutions neccessary
            -The Compassionate Conservative Committee iis formed and lookin for a "funky bunch" of volunteers
            -update on the McDonald House event---schedduled for March 17 (St. Pat's Day) a Saturday around dinner              time, specific times to be announced.  So far those interested will have to bring spaghetti sauce and be                  ready to cook and serve
    VII.  Open Forum
            -discussed ACLU debate ideas for the Debatee Triumverate: school vouchers, guns, Boy Scouts
            -Carl named the committee chair
