Constant humming of the dragons and firelizards alike was what the Weyr was woken up for so early in the morn the sun hadn’t risen. Candidates where drug from their beds by E’ren along with S’galron the eggs where rocking violently by the time they’d pushes the half asleep youngsters onto the burning sands. On the edge of the sands the weyrlearders stood both a little worse for were from making sure everything that’d need to be taken care of had been.

The few people that had drug themselves from bed to witness this hatching and a few of them still where half asleep, noticed the little blue that had crawled from his egg and attempting to crawling over the over eggs to get to the candidates. Just as he was about to clear one of the eggs it started to crack under his weight then shatters. Leaving the little blue tangled with his smaller green sibling a few candidates move to untangle the two hatchlings. Once separated its quite apparent impression has occurred, as the little green seems to have eyes only for the one of youngest on the sands and her blue brother had attached himself to the eldest female of the sands.

Sooooooooooooren! Anroth squished me make him apologize. The hatchling looked up at her new lifemate expectantly.

“I’m sure he didn’t mean to Shonaith, he was just wanted to get to Sais as fast as he could.” Soren said as he ushered the green off the hot sands hoping that some food would pacify her.

Attention was drawn from the newly impressed pairs to the eggs as two of them shattered raining down eggshells down on the candidate’s closet to them. Another blue along with a brown rolled from remains, once on his feet the little brown barreled into Tynan. His brother took his sweet time pacing back in font of the boys before turning away from them to the one of the two remaining girls Tiaret rolled her eyes at the little blue.

“Riddikath you silly thing, come on lets join go get you some food,” She then turned to her brother who was a bit in shock and kept repeating his little browns name. “I’m sure Halienth wants some too Tynan.”

One of the eggs which had been rocking violently for sometime finally split down the middle and a bronze stepped from the egg looking back indignantly at the egg and walked straight over to Sadren and looked up at him expectantly. Firith nudged one the smaller eggs also as if to encourage the hatchling inside to get on with hatching. Not even a minute latter a small bluish head popped threw the shell looking up at it dam then rotated looking at the candidates and locked eyes with the gold-eyed boy. Firith nudged the egg the hatching was still incased in it rolled gently into another egg braking the egg enough for the hatchling to extract himself from the egg.

Four of the five remaining eggs hatched back to back leaving four odd colored dragons hatchlings splayed out of the hatching sands. Before any of these hatchling could pick themselves up the last egg hatched revealing a small green, who quickly picked herself off the sand and looked up at Alequau with adoration. Soon the remaining four found their bonds and as they left the sands heading towards the lower caverns. Many never gave the strangely colored dragonets a second thought both parents had come from quite unique clutches why wouldn’t their offspring hold the same unique quality?
