The first match of the night kicked off in true battle royal fashion as Dark Storm, Sledge, Smoke, Thunder, Sinn, Ace Daniels, Daredevil, Snake, and TD1 entered the ring to compete for a chance to achieve "Five Star Status". The bell rang and all hell broke loose as Smoke, TD1, Ace Daniels, and Smoke were all kicked clean over the top ropes leaving Thunder, Sinn, Daredevil, Snake, Dark Storm, and Sledge in the ring. Thunder and Dark Storm worked together to clear the ring of the deadly Sinn before he could do any harm. Snake and Daredevil battled it out in the corner as Sledge hit Dark Storm from behind. Storm faltered around a bit as Sledge heavily body slammed him into the mat. The Snake managed to back body drop Daredevil over the top rope and only four remained! Thunder closelined Snake over the top ropes but Snake held on. As Snake hung on for his life, Thunder tried to choke him. At the same time, Sledge hurled Dark Storm forcefully into Thunder which sent them both over the top rope, onto Snake, and eliminating all three! As quickly as it was started, Sledge was declared the winner!
The next match featured Shawn Davis facing off against Hammer in the third of a series of match ups between the two. The announcer at ringside reported to the crowd that this match was a parking lot match and the audiences view quickly turned from the ring to the big screen over the entrance stage. The camera flashed on to show Shawn Davis and Hammer yelling insults at each other before the referee rang the bell and the match begun. In one quick charge, Hammer gored Shawn into a car and sent him sprawling to the ground. Hammer stomped at Shawn and picked up a pipe. He swung for Shawn's head but Shawn ducked and the pipe struck the car. Shawn kicked Hammer in the gut and suplexed him back into the car. Hammer's foot crashed hard through the windshield. Hammer crawled off the car and tried to walk only to collapse on his injured, bleeding foot. Shawn punched Hammer in the skull which sent him realing backwards on his knees. Shawn measured Hammer and dropkicked him to the face again. Shawn went for the pin but Hammer kicked out. Hammer staggered back to his feet and limped around Shawn. Shawn punched at him, but Hammer blocked it and then pushed Shawn away. This angered Shawn who charged at Hammer again, Hammer ducked down, leaped forward and speared Shawn right into the concrete! The referee counted the pin and Hammer won the match! Shawn lay still, trying to regain his breath, as Hammer stood over him taunting before limping off back into the building.
The third match of the night started to a chorus of BOOs as Lance Storm stepped out from the back with this Xtreme Title and a Canadian flag waving. Mimic came out shortly after to the crowd's delight and immediately charged at Lance. Lance ducked, still holding his flag, and smashed it into Mimic's knee. Mimic bent over and Lance snapped him into a DDT for a quick pin attempt. Mimic was up again in a heartbeat and stared at Lance who just stared at him. Mimic locked up with Lance and knocked Lance back into the corner. Lance brushed his shoulders off and simply dropkicked Mimic's knee, the very same knee he had smashed the flag pole at. Mimic crouched to a knee as Lance hit some knife edged chops against Mimic's chest. Mimic fought back and the two continued back and forth for another twenty minutes. The heat of the battle began to take its toll on both men when suddenly a masked man ran out from the back and slid into the ring. The man stopped, stared at both men, and then pointed to Lance while looking at Mimic. Mimic got the signal that they were to double team Lance and Lance started to back off. Mimic smiled as he and the masked man walked toward Lance. The masked man backed off and Mimic continued. As soon as Mimic got in between the two men, the masked man pulled him back and nailed a diamond cutter. Lance applied his leg lock submission on Mimic but Mimic was knocked out. The ref raised Mimic's hand three times and declared Lance the winner! The masked man and Lance shook hands as Lance picked up a microphone and introduced his new partner....DDP!! GAB went to a commercial break.
