RAW Results,
The King of Hardcore to Officiate Hell in a Cell
For the past seven days, WWE fans
wondered who Stone Cold Steve Austin would name as special guest referee for
the Hell in a Cell match between Triple H and Kevin Nash at Bad Blood. This
Monday on RAW, the wait was over. Stone Cold announced that Mick Foley would be
returning to WWE to officiate the match.
The announcement did not sit well
with World Heavyweight Champion Triple H. Once he heard the news, he headed to
ringside and told Foley that he should reconsider. The Game told Foley that
this match did not concern him. He also said that Foley was just a regular guy
now and that he should go back to his regular life.
Over the next hour, Foley actually
did take the time to reconsider his decision. But when it came time to make a
decision, Foley said that he would go back to his regular life on Monday, June
16... the day after Bad Blood. He decided to stay on
as special guest referee at Bad Blood.
Christian challenged Booker T to a
Spin-a-roony contest. Prior to the contest, however,
Booker urged Jerry "the King" Lawler to do his own version of the
Spin-a-roony, which he did. Then Christian did his
own Spin-a-roony. Before Booker could show everybody
how it was done, however, Christian attacked his Bad Blood opponent.
Test joined Jim Ross and "the
King" at the announcers' booth for Scott Steiner's match with Canadian
Lance Storm. After Steiner pinned Storm, Test hit the ring. Using a steel
chair, Test left Steiner helpless in the middle of the squared circle. With Big
Poppa Pump out of the picture, Test assaulted Stacy. He told her that it's OK
that she doesn't want to be his girlfriend anymore because at Bad Blood, Test
claimed, "I'm gonna make you my whore!"
Also, it was announced that the
Dudley Boyz will battle Christopher Nowinski and Rodney Mack at Bad Blood.
