thought he had everything figured out,

Speaking
of Survivor Series, not only is the match between Shane McMahon and Kane set,
but it was announced on RAW that it would be an Ambulance Match, meaning that
one of the two men would end Survivor Series in the hospital! And Shane proved
just how brutal he could be by unleashing a vicious assault on Test and
attacking the same foot that Shane broke two weeks ago.
RAW also
featured a major upset in the tag team ranks as Mark Jindrak and Garrison Cade
scored the biggest victory of their careers by beating Ric Flair and Randy
Orton … with a little help from Maven! The Jindrak/Cade team had made some bold
moves in recent weeks by trying to steal the $100,000 bounty from Orton and
attacking Flair and Orton earlier on RAW, but their win on RAW had to be their
team’s shining moment thus far.
But the
night seemed to center around the Austin-Bischoff saga. The whole RVD-Y2J
altercation was set up by RVD’s announcement that he would join Team Austin at
Survivor Series moments after Team Bischoff added Christian. After RVD regained
the Intercontinental Championship from Y2J, Christian and Scott Steiner
attacked RVD along with
