Chyna Speaks, Wrestlemania Location, Benoits Return Plans, Big Bossman, New WWF Announcer - Chyna has opened her heart to The Star in
an exclusive interview. The 30 year-old ex- WWF babe, who's real
name is Joanie Laurer, says Stephanie McMahon destroyed her
off-screen romance with Triple H (Paul Levesque). "I'm being honest-
Stephanie broke up our relationship and it hurt me very much... I was
suspicious that they were having an affair," Laurer told the US tabloid.
"I very much thought he was going to be the man I was going to marry...
It doesn't surprise me in retrospect that they hooked up, because
Paul is a guy who lived, ate and breathed wrestling, and who else did
I think he would be with but Stephanie McMahon?" Laurer, who dated
Triple H for four years before their split, now hopes to pursue a
Hollywood movie career.- The World Wrestling Federation are
in talks with the City of Toronto and the SkyDome to bring WrestleMania
XVIII to Canada. The Toronto Sun reports that if a deal is struck, the city
expects up to 100,000 people to attend both the main event and related
events, which would generate millions of dollars for the local economy.
According to EWN sources- Tropicana Field in St Petersburg, Florida
is also on the WWF's shortlist to play host to the PPV extravaganza.
WWF.com will make an announcement next month regarding the location. - WWF creative writers have already been looking long-term for Chris Benoit's return. Among his return, which is expected to take place in 8 or 9 months, he will be booked back up in the lower main event area where there have been possibilities of giving him a title shortly after his return. - The Big Bossman has been backstage at different WWF events but at this point, writers don't want to rush anything on writing him back into the InVasion angle until after tonight's Pay-Per-View goes down. - Chris Leary, who received a WWF try out backstage at this week's Raw television tapings, is the new host of WWF Superstars on TNN.
