 Sting, Storm, Raw Ratings, Ric Flair - As reported in the past, former WCW Champion, Sting, has no desire to return to the WCW or the pro wrestling industry. Sting, who was a fan favourite among wrestling fans, is currently getting paid a ransom amount of money by AOL/Time Warner. Also, many people around him are saying that in the last five years, Sting is no longer interested in wrestling, as he has become a "family man." Also, Sting has become a devoted Christian, and much like Goldberg, he is upset at wrestling industry at the current time.- As Toronto continues to bid for WrestleMania XVIII, it appears as though Lance Storm, a native of Calgary, Alberta, attended WWF WrestleMania VI at SkyDome. Storm said it would be amazing the WWF would bring the biggest event in sports-entertainment to Toronto. - RAW is WAR ratings finished in at 5.7. The Rock segment on the final quarter did an impressive 7.1 million views. In other ratings news, HeAT did a 1.5 which is slightly down from last week's 1.7. The HeAT replay did a 1.2 which is up from last week's 0.9. - On a recent radio show of "Pro Wrestling Weekly", Ric Flair supported Vince McMahon's decision of acquiring the WCW. He also was hoping to work out a deal with the WWF to appear on TV sometime soon.  |
