Undertaker Speaks: His thougts on Rock return and more

    - The Undertaker recently sat down with WWF.com to discuss his career in the WWF, the WCW/ECW InVasion and more. The Undertaker said that he never believed that he would ever wrestle a WCW wrestler on WWF television.

"As long as I've been here (in the WWF) now, I've kind of gone through just about everybody that's on the Federation roster. I've either wrestled or been involved in programs with them (WCW)," said the Undertaker, when he was asked what it was like to wrestle WCW wrestlers.

The Deadman believes that he is career is coming to a close, as he approaches the end of his career in the World Wrestling Federation. However, he does not believe that the critics were right when they said that he should retire.

"As long as I can be out there and be productive and give the fans what they expect when they see the Undertaker, then I'm going to hang around," said the Undertaker. "There were quite a few people who, a year ago -- or even less than that; six months ago -- said, 'Well the Undertaker should retire. He should do this. He should do that.' The fact of the matter is, they don't really know what the hell they're talking about."

Also, The Undertaker did not deny rumours that there was tension at one point in time between the WWF and WCW, when they came into the WWF locker room. But, there was never a lot.

"I think it's kind of an adjustment period. I think the biggest thing is that there are two completely different styles," said the man formerly known as the Phenom. "The WCW had their style and the WWF has theirs...And it kind of became, to some people, a little bit overwhelming -- just the conflict of how they did things and how we do things. I think that would probably be the highest amount of tension."

The Undertaker said that he is very fortunate that his wife Sara is now able to join him on the road. Although he has kept his family away from his superstar stardom, he does believe that Sara has been an integral part of the WWF, and she is one tough cookie!

"When this came along, it was an opportunity to spend as much time as possible with Sara, which I really enjoy," said the Undertaker. ". I'm sure she regrets getting hit with that chair, but that kind of comes along with the territory. She's pretty tough though. She's probably tougher than half the guys that work here all the time."

Lastly, the Undertaker said that although he has had personal differences with The Rock, he is happy that he has returned to the World Wrestling Federation.

"Although we've had our differences out in the ring, The Rock brings a lot to our show," emphasized The Undertaker. "If you believe the Undertaker would say this, I'm actually happy to see The Rock back."
