Show starts with flashbacks to the WCW Invasion and Linda's challenge for competition.

Vince comes out to the ring. Says on July 22nd (asshole chant to which he tells the crowd let's not get carried away), that day will mark the date as the greatest single day in sport's history because that will be the day when finally WCW is versus WWF. There's gonna be an Invasion? No way folks! There's gonna be an annihilation. There's no way you can compare WCW to WWF. That's like Washington DC to Washington the state. On one hand in DC you have all the decision of the free world being made and in the State you have lousy weather and grow apples. If you want to compare okay. Compare WCW champion Booker T with WWF champion Stone Cold Steve Austin. Booker T has no integrity. He's a sneak and a cheat. Austin is a champion of champion, a man among men. There is no comparison between the two organizations.

Vince promises, no guarantees, .......Angle comes out to the ring. Tells Vince he's sorry to interrupt but his words were so moving he couldn't help himself. He wished everybody had a boss like Vince. He's right about everything. For instance, in addition to lacking integrity, Booker lacks intelligence and intensity as well. Footage shown of Booker T's invasion of WWF. Angle says the point is that Booker T has made Austin look like a jackass as Austin would say.

BREAKIN GLASS!!!! And the jackass himself storms down to the ring. Angle stops him in the ring and says he knows Austin is angry but rest assured Angle is fully recovered and he promises to make sure that Booker attacks either of them again. It's true. Austin tells him all of a sudden he's the big bodyguard? He's gonna protect from this and that? How you gonna do that with Austin's foot lodged up your Olympic ass? The problem ain't Booker T, it's Kurt Angle. Vince and Austin are a team. They don't need him, don't want him. He doesn't fit into the equation. Basically the bottom line is Austin thinks Angle is a complete jackass. Vince thinks he is too and so do the fans. Austin tells Vince to tell Angle face to face. Angle says he's a hero not a jackass. Austin says he's a jackass. They fight back and forth with the words. Vince finally stops it and says the two of them can go at it and beat the hell out of each other if they have to. Angle hugs Vince. Austin hugs Vince and smiles at Angle. Angle pushes Austin, Austin pushes back.

SHANE O MAC!!!! Shane says let's get this straight. We have an Olympic gold medaist and the WWF champ competing for hugs??? Is this RAW or Sesame Street? Now if it's Sesame Street tonights show will be brought to you by the letter I. Meaning Invasion. And he tells Vince that WCW will be the underdogs at the PPV but how about the invasion of WWF's best guys on one side of the ring and WCW's best on the other side and they can go at it in a all fall's brawl. Vince has the money and the stroke so he asks him to make the match. Shane says tonight the WCW champion Booker T will defend the title, the one he hit Austin with last Thursday, against Buff Bagwell. And this is not Austin's prime time to get revenge on Booker. Linda is watching with her lawyers and Austin can't get involved in the matches. Now RAW is WCW. Shane takes his leave.

APA backstage talking about Shane thanking somebody for the tip off last week. Bradshaw says who's letting them in and out. Says they got a mole in their yard. Faarooq agrees that they should go mole hunting.

Undertaker vs. Albert for the Intercontinental Title.

Sara with him on the back of the bike. Face to face in the middle of the ring Albert starts with hard rights to the Taker. Whip to the corner and boots to the midsectin. Taker comes back with a back suplex on big Albert and an elbow drop to the chest. Albert's head bounced off the turnbuckle, whip to the other corner and a clothesline from the dead man. Whip again on Albert but this time he gets caught in a bear hug from Albert. Taker comes back with a shot to the eyes but goes into a boot to the face off the ropes from Albert. Albert keeps laying in the punches all over the Taker. Whip on Taker to the cornr but gets an elbow to the mouth. Flying clothesline by Taker on Albert. CHOKESLAM ON ALBERT!! DDP IN WITH A CHAIR ON TAKER!!! DIAMOND CUTTER!!!!! DQ called. Page watching Sara and blows her a kiss. She charges DDP from behind and pushes him. Up goes the fists again and she swings at him. Page pulls back to hit her and laughs. Kane comes down behind him without his knowledge. Page goes to pull back for a shot and Kane grabs him and hammers him into the barricade. Sara stops Kane and goes for a low kick on Page. Kane throws DDP into the ring with Taker. Hard right hands from Taker. Albert in to help Page. Kane in and doubleteam on Albert. Page leaves the ring. Albert over the top rope by Kane.

Torrie Wilson backstage with Howard shaking hands and he won't let her hand go and asks her if she's a member of the WWF family. She asks for Vince and he gives her directions.

Crash Holly vs. Molly Holly.

Crash with a drop toe hold on Molly who comes back with a huricanranna for 2. Crash with a scoop slam on Molly. Molly back with chops and a kick to the chest. Jackie pulls Molly out by the legs. Crash hits the ropes by the neck. Molly from behind and kicks on Crash. Crash with a short arm clothesline. Crash taunts Spike holding Molly by the hair. Vertical suplex on Molly. Spike on apron and gets knocked off. Jackie puts Molly on the top turnbuckle while ref distracted. Jackie nails Crash and Molly off the rope with a 450 for the win!!!! Jackie in the ring acting like it wa an accident. Clotheslines Crash and then tornado DDT.

Vince in the back saying they have to get along. Austin says they'd get along better if Angle left. Knock on the door and Torrie comes in. Angle and Vince get up real quick. Vince and Debra say hello. Torrie wants to finish the talk with Vince about a possible contract. Austin asks if Vince needs him and he says no. Leaves Austin and Angle together. Debra says it doesn't look like Vince has changed. Austin says Vince isn't gonna talk in front of Angle. Angle says Vince isn't uncomfortable in front of him. Austin asks why did he leave. Kurt looks at Debra and Austin agrees.

Christian backstage looking at Edge's trophy. Says it's funny how things worked out. He could have been KOTR if the brackets had been different. Edge says HE won it though. Christian says he'll win his match tonight so they'll both be winners. Christian goes to get ready for his match and takes the trophy with him.

Regal with Tajiri talking about his match with Scotty Too Hotty and the WORM. Dudley Boys come in and say they want an explanation for a match against Jericho. Regal says that the rumor about Jericho defecting to WCW is the reason for this punishment. He goes on about Winston Churchill and loyalty. Tells them to put the miserable bugger through a table. They say all he had to do was ask. Tajiri making WORM motions.
APA with Hardcore Holly talking about not being the stooge they're looking for. Says he was there when they went after O'Haire and Palumbo. He even jumped on the limo. APA says there's somebody there who's letting WCW in. Holly says to think about who WASN'T there when they beat them up and chased Booker T and Shane out of the building. Faarooq agrees.

Vince with Torrie. She asks if they can get together this weekend and how badly she wants to be a WWF superstar and she'll do about anything to get to the top. He says he forgives her for not being able to make this weekend and how bad does she want to join them. She says bad. He asks again. She says bad, bad. Austin shows up while they're standing in an empty shower. Austin says he's thinking of Invasion, is Vince? Vince says he is too but he needs some deliberations with Torrie that take precedence. He says he'll find a place more private for them to talk. As she walks away, Vince looks her over and shakes his head.

Scotty Too Hotty vs. Tajiri.

Regal out with Tajiri. Starts with side headlock and shoulder block by Tajiri. Scotty leapfrogs over and gives a back suplex to Tajiri. Elbow drops follow for 2. Irish whip on Tajiri. Scotty over the rope but lands on the apron. Tajiri with a clothesline to put him down. In the ring, chops in the corner on Scotty. Whip on Tajiri but Tajiri grabs him in the TARANTULA!!! Scotty with right hands and a powerbomb takes both men down. They exchange chops. Scotty with a kick to the midsection and a superkick to Tajiri. Baseball slide hits. Tajiri with a shoulder to the midsection but Scotty rolls over his back. Clothesline and W - O - R - M and the elbow drop. Regal on the apron. Tajiri with the green mist to the eyes of Scotty for the win!!

Vince with Torrie in a mop closet. Vince says it's not a mop closet it's Shangrihla. Angle breaks in and says they're in a mop closet. Asks Torrie if she's seen his gold medals. Vince and Torrie leave. Kurt says he thinks she likes him.

Booker T in the back with Test talking about his coming to WCW. Test says it could be him instead of Buff someday facing him for the title.

Dudley Boys vs. Chris Jericho in a Handicap Match.

Doubleteam on Jericho from the getgo. Whip to the corner. Buh Buh misses the splash and Jericho with a clothesline on Dvon. Takes Dvon over the top rope. Buh Buh with a whip and drops Jericho on the top rope face first. WASSUP on Jericho!!! Ref and Buh Buh go at it. Jericho with a rollup on Buh Buh for 2. Dvon with a clothesline and right hands to the back of the head. Buh Buh in with shots to the ribs. Hammers Jericho down in the corner. Doubleteam again with a flapjack. Dvon covers for 2. Right hands to the head of Jericho. Buh Buh in and pushes Jericho onto the ropes. Chops down on his back. Yells for Jericho to get up. Dvon in. Buh Buh on the top turnbuckle. Jericho up and over Dvon's shoulders and pushes him into Buh Buh's groin. SLAM OFF THE TURNBUCKLE ON BUH BUH!! Dvon with right hands. Jericho fights back. Back elbow by Jericho. Clothesline puts Dvon down. Springboard drop kick takes Buh Buh off the apron. WALLS OF JERICHO ON DVON. Dvon taps out but Buh Buh pulls the ref out of the ring and hits Jericho from behind. TABLE!!!!! Spike comes down to help Jericho. DUDLEY DOG'S BUH BUH ON DVON! LIONSAULT ON DVON FOR THE WIN!!!!

Vince with Torrie again in a nice spot. She says he knows how bad she wants in. They kiss and she asks what the cologne is he's wearing. A toilet flushes and Saturn comes out with the mop and says "Doodie". They have to find another spot again. Saturn says you're welcome.

Christian vs. X-pac for the Light Heavyweight Title.

Edge with Christian, Credible with Xpac. Side headlock by Xpac but Christian with a shoulder block takedown and a short arm clothesline. Armwringer on Xpac who comes back with a forearm. Hard slam on Xpac for 2!! Xpac with a spinning heel kick to stop Christian's momentum. Elbow drop to the back of the neck and kicks to the body. Leg slides on Christian for 2. Reverse chinlock on Christian. Christian fights his way back up only to whip into the spinning heel kick again for 2. Christian into the corner and down he goes. BRONCO BUSTER DOESN'T HAPPEN! Explodes out of the corner and drops Xpac. Gutbuster by Christian!. Credible on the apron, Edge knocks him off. Credible with the belt behind ref's back. Edge grabs it. Ref distracted and Xpac uses it on Christian for the win.

APA talking about the only one not there when they did it. They say it's Test. They ask ref where Test is. Says last time he saw him Test was talking with Booker T. Bradshaw says time for an emergency mole meeting.

Rhyno vs. Test.

Rhyno all over Test in the corner with right hands. Big clothesline on Test!! Right hands all over Test. WWF lockerroom empties and they come to the ring. Test into the turnbuckle. GORE ON TEST IN THE CORNER!! Hard right hands. Test with a full Nelson powerslam for 2. Test with right hands on Rhyno and stomps him down into the corner. Ring being surrounded. Kick to the midsection and pumphandle slam try on Rhyno. Rhyno slides off and hammers Test on the back. Big boot from Test. He notices all the guys around the apron. Bradshaw clotheslines him on the apron. RHYNO GORE ON TEST FOR THE WIN!! EVERYBODY IN THE RING BEATING TEST!! Bradshaw with a POWERBOMB!!

Matt Hardy/Lita vs. Big Show/Trish.

Jeff down with Matt. Show and Matt start out. Big knees to the midsection on Jeff. Thrown and bounced out of the corner. Gorilla press and dropped face first on Matt. Trish in with kicks to the ribs. Legsweep by Matt and Lita in. Trash talkin in the middle of the ring. Trish slaps Lita and Lita punches her back. Bounces Trish's head off the turnbuckle and stomps on her. Throws Trish across the ring. Lita up on the ropes. Show in the ring and tries a huricanranna on Show who slams her. Matt off the top rope onto Show and they doubleteam him. Show grabs Lita's legs and down she goes in the ring. Clothesline on Matt. Jeff tries to grab him off the barricade and he gets dropped. Bulldog by Trish in the ring for 2. Tries another one and gets crotched on the ringpost and hung up on the ropes. Show in the ring and grabs Matt and Lita in a choke. Double low blow and double DDT ON SHOW!!! Trish tries to get out of the ring but Lita with the TWIST OF FATE! Up on the ropes and the MOONSAULT FOR THE WIN!!!! Show comes in and takes Matt out. Pushes Jeff down. Yells at Trish for the loss. Jeff with a missile drop kick to put Show down. Jeff leaves the ring holding his arm.

Vince and Torrie still trying to find someplace quiet. He says as he caresses her bare waist, as much as he'd like to consumate their deal there's been too many interruptions so maybe they could meet tonight. She says there's a place neither one of them thought about that might work.

Shane in the back talking to Buff Bagwell. Wishes him luck. Buff says he relies on skill not luck and tonight there will be a new WCW champion.

APA in the back saying they just killed themselves a leak. They just got a mole. Slaughter comes in and says it couldn't have been Test cause he was with him at the time. Bradshaw says then it's somebody else. Ross and Heyman take off their headsets and leave saying the rest of the broadcast is WCW.

Shane comes out and welcomes everyone to history in the making. Introduces the commentators Scott Hudson and Arn Anderson along with Stacy Keibler. Nick Patrick introduced as ref. William Regal comes out and says that he understands that there has to be a WCW match but Shane doesn't have to be a part of it and asks security to escort him out of the building, into his car and accompany him to his hotel. Shane says he has no problem with that and nothing will ruin his night. He doesn't need the spotlight like his father. It's all about the WCW and its superstars. Shane leaves peacefully. Arn says Shane has a lot of class and that tonight is a historic night and he's tickled to be part of it. Hudson comments on the smug look on the face of Regal.

Booker T vs. Buff Bagwell for the WCW Championship.

Buff starts before the bell with right hands on Booker. Booker back with forearms. Buff hits with a hard right. Buff with a kick to the midsection and a front underhook on Booker. Crowd gets on the match. Booker in the corner gets hit in the midsection. Sidekick on Buff and a back elbow for 2. Booker dropped on the turnbuckle face first and Buff with a neckbreaker. Choke on the mat. Crowd booing and yelling boring!!! Back suplex on Booker for 2. Reverse chinlock by Buff. Booker fights up but gets thrown back down by Buff. Again the knee to the back and the pulling of the arms on Booker for a submission. Booker comes up and reverses it only to get a knee to the midsection. Booker into the turnbuckle but fights back with right hands and a standing drop kick to Buff. Crowd not into this match at all!!! Buff with a kick to the ribs. Choke on Booker on the ropes. Side kick by Booker and clotheslines on Buff. Flying forearm on Buff for 2. Kick to the midsection and the scissor kick. SPINEROONIE!!!! AUSTIN AND ANGLE COMES IN ON BOOKER. Buff joins in. Booker dragged out of the ring. Austin throws him into the steel steps. Hard right from Austin to Booker on the ramp. Buff holds him while he gets beaten down by Angle and Austin. Crowd now getting more vocal. They go backstage.

Vince with Torrie saying she was magnificent and that one day she's going to be a huge WWF superstar. Says the laundry room was a very clever idea on her part. She says his jacket looks hot and takes it off and takes his shirt off too. He says he likes aggressive women. He has a feeling she's going to climb the ladder of success right up to the top of Mr. Mac Daddy. She starts to undo his pants. Pulls them down from behind and then his underpants. She tells him to close his eyes. He does and pants in anticipation. He turns around and says he has a big surprise for her too. Opens his eyes and LINDA IS STANDING THERE!!! He says it's not what it looks like. He waddles around with his pants around his ankles. He goes a tirade about her not trusting him and falls into the laundry boxes.

The beating on Booker T is still going on backstage. Austin throws him into a cabinet. Then into a door. The three of them pick him up and throw him out the door into the street. Buff talks about how they just put the trash out. Angle and Austin turn on Buff and beat on him too. Out Buff goes too into the street. End Show!
