The first day is only 7km from Mission Rocks to Jock's Mess. We found the
the distances would be wildly different from the official guide.

The next day is only 6km along a dirt road to Bhangazi.

Cape Vidal.
Since the day was so short we took the optional 6km excursion to
Cape Vidal. Fortunately we found a lift back to the campsite.

11km later and we were at Bartells Folly for a quick swim.
This handsome lifeguard was present to rescue any fair damsels in distress. No fair
damsels pitched so I went home.

The last day was a 12km stroll down the beach to Mission Rocks.
Time for a warm beer and then off for a hot shower
