Ginger Sherry Pork Loin Chops

4 pork loin chops about 1 inch thick
1/2 cup sherry
1 1/2 T finely grated gingerroot
2 T Soy sauce
1 t honey
1 finely chopped garlic clove

Marinate the chops no less than one hour, no more than 12 ( we used to marinate them and then remove them from the marinade and put in freezer bags and refrigerate individually.)

Broil on one side for 5-7 minutes and flip and broil until done, approx another 5 minutes.

We used to double/triple this recipe and thicken with arrowroot or cornstarch and glaze the pork after it was finished broiling.
