ZEN vs The Jester
*Both men making the offical WWWCW debut, fighting for the opportunity to head to Clash of the Champions. The bell is rung, and the two square off. ZEN, easily the larger of the two men, takes control. A vicious barrage of power moves, leaves Jester scrambling to the outside. A fan at ringside is holding an Italian Stallion sign, ZEN jumps out of the ring, and takes the sign from the fan, ripping it into two pieces. While distracted ZEN fails to realize that the young highflyer Jester is back on his feet. Jester starts to go to work on the larger man. Jester goes to the top and hits the "Juggling Act" and goes for the pin 1... 2... kick out by ZEN. Jester again goes to the top rope, jumps off but this time is caught by ZEN who delivers a violent powerbomb, which he calls the "South Broad Bomb". ZEN rolls up Jester, 1... 2... thr... kickout, by the funny man. ZEN picks up Jester and executes the "ZENbuster" and goes for the cover. 1...2...3, ZEN records the pinfall and moves on as the #8 seed.*

Schivone: Now thats settled, we can start up the real tournament.
Madden: Yeah, I can't wait for all the destruction.

Tournament Round 1
#9 "Buff Daddy" Bebek vs #2 Justin Animal
*Animal and Bebek circle the ring, trying to get an early feel for the other. Animal charges towards Bebek, who quickly exits the ring. Animal chases after Bebek, who re-enters the ring, and upon Animal climbing back in the ring, quickly attacks the Hall of Famer. Bebek throws everything he has, at the former two time World Heavyweight Champion, but is unable to get anything more than a 2 count. Animal hits a low blow, and starts to take control of the match. Beginning a systematic attack on Buff Daddy. Animal slides to the outside, and brings a chair into the ring, and lays the chair in the middle of the ring, and executes a DDT. Goes for the pin, 1...2... kickout. Mike Teasdale, slowly makes his way down to the ring. Takes a seat, beside the announce team. Animal see's Teasdale, the two exchange in a stare down, Bebek runs at a distracted Animal. Animal, however see's the newcomer and nails the Buffster with a roundhouse elbowsmash. Justin then picks up Bebek, and executes the "Animal Driver". Getting the 1-2-3.*

(After the match, Teasdale jumps into the ring, and engages in a stare down with his former friend. Now turned competitor for the gold. Animal looks Teasdale up and down, and heads backstage. Camera's show El Loco Gato sitting ringside.)
Madden: I thought we were going to have a battle there. Animal and Teasdale are going to meet at Clash, I can feel it.
Schivone: Lets get right on to our next match, there is a lot of stuff happening here tonight.
#7 Nightmare "The Fallen Angel" vs #4 The Tempest
*Two dark members of the WWWCW, meeting up. Tempest was very impressive in his debut at Battle Royal of Champions. Nightmare, also had a good showing. Another large mismatch in size between these two wrestlers. Because of the overwhelming size advantage for Nightmare, The Tempest was unable to use many of his suplexes that are quickly becoming his trademark. Tempest threw Nightmare into the turnbuckle, unfortunately for referee Tim White he got into way and was knocked out. As the two men continued to attack each other, another referee came out from the back, and Nightmare hit a german suplex and tried to bridge into the pin. Tim White, regained his bearings and he and the other ref both counted the three. White raised the hand of Tempest, while referee Curtis Henry raised the hand of Nightmare. The two refs argued about who won, until Tempest grabbed the mic, and said it didn't matter because he and "The Fallen Angel" were forming a new tag team called "Dark Haven", and that they were going to set their sights on the Cali Connection.*
("No Chance in Hell" starts up on the PA. Making his offical onscreen return to WWWCW Markus Maltby steps onto the ramp, microphone in hand.)
Markus: I hate to interrupt this love fest that you two are having, but there is a tournament going on that needs to be finished. So ring the damn bell.
*The bell is rung, and the match if offically back on. Jose Ruiz runs past Markus, and Gato jumps the barrier and the "Cali Connection" attack the newest WWWCW Tag Team. Gato and Ruiz beat down "Dark Haven" and execute their tag team finisher "The Big One". Tim White standing their confused, not sure who to DQ in this match, does the only thing he can think of and starts to count to 10. As Gato and Ruiz walk to the back, Markus tells them he needs a winner. Gato runs back to the ring, grabs Tempest and drags him on top of Nightmare. White makes the count, and Tempest moves on.*
The Tempest defeats Nightmare "The Fallen Angel" by pinfall
Madden: That was incredible Tony, can you feel the energy.
Schivone: I can, and there is still a lot more to come, this is great.
(A quick recap of the ZEN vs Jester match is done, and a package of Lee Black is also shown.)
#8 ZEN vs #3 "Impressive" Lee Black
*ZEN looking to make the most of his opportunity, and meets Lee Black half way up the ramp. The two exchange right hands as the battle back towards the ring side area. ZEN goes to work on Black, hoping to end this match quickly. ZEN hits a neckbreaker and goes for the cover 1...t.. kick out. Lee Black gets up and starts to assualt ZEN. Hitting a powerslam, and going to work on the lower back of ZEN. Lee Black attemps to lock on the "Impressive Submission", however ZEN escapes to the ropes. ZEN goes to the outside, Lee Black chases, and the two fight their way over to the annouce table. Madden and Schivone clear the way, and ZEN hits a powerbomb through the table, leaving Lee Black in a pile. ZEN rolls Black into the ring, goes for the cover 1..2..thr... kick out. ZEN is in shock, can't believe it wasn't enough to finish his opponent off. Suddenly "Body Count's in the House" is blasted over the PA system. ZEN leaves Black in the middle of the ring, and goes over the ropes, looking toward the entrance way, as the Italian Stallion's theme and video play. Stallion jumps over the security railing and slides into the ring, un-noticed by ZEN. ZEN turns around, and is met with a kick to the stomach, Stallion picks up ZEN and hits the "Stallion Valley Driver" leaving his enemy laying in the ring. Lee Black, seeing his chance, picks himself up, goes over and locks on the "Impressive Submission". The ref calls for the bell, and "Impressive" Lee Black gets the win over his unconcious opponent*
"Impressive" Lee Black defeats ZEN
Madden: You have to love it. Stallion just cost ZEN a chance at the gold.
Schivone: You have to believe that Stallion, will pay for that. ZEN will not stop until he gets his revenge.
#6 "Heartbreaker" Jose Ruiz vs #5 Joe Vegas
*These two members of WWWCW have been very critical of eachother, and its obvious that there is no love lost. The two men, going at eachother with a very quick pace, exchanging rights and lefts, Vegas starts to control the match, hitting powerslams and back breakers. Ruiz, thanks to his training, is able to kick out each time, that Vegas attempts a pin. Vegas becoming frustrated, starts to intimidate the ref. Ruiz, uses this time, to regain his composure and starts to take the fight to Vegas. As the fight continue's on Nightmare "The Fallen Angel" makes his way down to the ring, Ruiz executes "The Quake" and is about to go for the pin, when Nightmare enters the ring, and starts to beat down the "Heartbreaker". Vegas gets up, making it a two on one situation. The ref calls for the bell, dqing Joe Vegas. Vegas obviously upset, attacks the ref, and leaves the ring upset. Nightmare, leaves the winner Jose Ruiz, in a bloody mess in the centre of the ring.*

(ZEN is seen searching the backstage area, looking for Italian Stallion. Johnny Canuck arrives at the arena.)
Round 2 of the Tournament
#2 Justin Animal vs #7 The Tempest
*Both men, tired because of their previous match ups, but willing to put it all on the line, as the winner of this match, would move on to the main event at Clash of the Champions. Animal took the fight right to Tempest, each time though Tempest had an answer. Again Mike Teasdale made his way to ringside, and took his spot at the announce table, which still laid in pieces after the ZEN vs Lee Black matchup. Animal continue his assualt on Tempest until Tempest got his chance, thanks to the distraction of Teasdale. Tempest again unable to use many of his suplexes due to the size advantage of the 80 pound heavier Justin Animal. Tempest however used an arsenal of kicks, elbows and high impact manoveurs. Teasdale slid a chair into the ring, jumped up to the apron and distracted the ref. Tempest grabbed the chair, and swung at Animal who ducked the chair shot, and speared Tempest to the mat. Animal then picked up the chair, and as Tempest stumbled to his feet, he was met with a mammoth chair shot from Justin Animal, Teasdale seeing his plan had backfired, jumped down from the apron, Animal tossed the chair out of the ring, and pinned Tempest.*
Justin Animal defeated The Tempest by pinfall
#8 ZEN vs #5 Joe Vegas
*Both men, were screwed out of their chances, and neither was looking to let that happen again. Joe Vegas took control, early, hitting ZEN with a DDT and Powerbomb, went for the cover, but only got a two count. ZEN faught back, and got a few two counts of his own. The match continued to go back and forth, neither man giving an inch. The Jester came down to the ring, upset over losing earler, and tried to attack ZEN, the ref cut him off however. ZEN started to take control of the match, looking to make a statement perhaps to Italian Stallion. ZEN it the "South Broad Bomb" not once, not twice, but three consecutive times. ZEN then picked up Vegas and hit the "ZENbuster" and got the pinfall.*
ZEN defeated Joe Vegas by pinfall
#9 "Buff Daddy" Bebek vs #4 Nightmare "The Fallen Angel"
*Bebek, still hurting after his loss to Justin Animal to kick off the tournament, was looking to rebound in a big way against Nightmare. Nightmare, who lost in a controverisal match earlier in the night with his new Tag Team partner, was looking to extract some revenge. Nightmare took control early, as if to make a statement to the entire WWWCW that he was to be taken seriously. Nightmare hit a swinging neckbreaker, and went for the cover, but Bebek kicked out at 1. Nightmare went for a right hand, blocked by Bebek. Nightmare again when for a right hand, again blocked by Bebek. Bebek fired back with a few right hands of his own, connecting each time. Nightmare stumbled back, into the corner. Bebek, ran hard into the corner connecting on a huge splash in the corner. Bebek goes to the top, hitting a frog splash from the top. 1...2...thre... kick out by Nightmare. Bebek goes for the "Bebek Bottom" but Nightmare somehow is able to counter to deliver the "The Lights Out". Nightmare goes for the cover...1...2...3*
Nightmare "The Fallen Angel" defeats "Buff Daddy" Bebek by pinfall.
(A quick recap of all the action of the night is shown. Including the highlighting of the Clash of the Champions matchs ups that will occur on Saturday. Camera's go backstage, where an altercation is occuring. A group is shown, seperating Italian Stallion and ZEN. Who are trying to get at eachother, but are unsuccessful.)
Markus Maltby: Get them out of here. Both of them. You idiots, think I'm going to let you two fight for free? You've got to be kidding me. I'm running a business. You two will not be able to have a match until the end of April. At the end of April, WWWCW is going to be having a Pay Per View. You two, are the lucky first to be signed to a match. Now security get these two out of my sight.
#3 "Impressive" Lee Black vs #6 "Heartbreaker" Jose Ruiz w/ El Loco Gato
*The final tournament match of the evening, the winner would join Mike Teasdale and Justin Animal in the triple threat match for the World Heavyweight Title. As the two circle eachother, Lee Black complains about Gato being at ringside. The ref, sends Gato to the back, ensuring that he will be in full control of this match. Black and Ruiz go at eachother, with Lee Black gaining control early. Camera's go to the backstage area, where Gato is shown laid out in the back, with "Dark Haven" standing over him, laughing to themselves. Back in the ring, Ruiz climbs to the top, and tries a cross body block, Lee Black catches Ruiz and delievers a devestating powerslam. Lee Black, climbs the top rope and hits a splash onto Jose Ruiz. El Loco Gato, regains his composure and see's the action on a backstage monitor. Gato charges the ring, and he too is beaten down, as the numbers game continues to overwelm "Cali Connection".
