Live from Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, Arizona... World Wide Web Championship Wrestling presents Corporate Heat! Tonight, Justin Animal defends the World Title against Shawn Michaels, with Markus Maltby as the special guest referee. Also tonight, Gravedigger defends the IC Title against Rocky Stonage, and Raven and the Judge face off for the Hardcore Title. All this and more tonight, on WWWCW Corporate Heat!

Mike Awesome vs Mantis
*After the January 4th Monday Nitro incident, these 2 have been eagerly awaiting their match tonight. Mantis came down to the ring along with the Communist Regime, and from the beginning you could tell these 2 men would be a factor. Early on it started off simple, tripping up Awesome when he ran off the ropes. Later on in the match however, it got to the point where one man would distract the ref, and the other 2 would double-team Awesome. But being the big man he is, Mike held his own in this 3 on 1 battle. Late in the match, Awesome caught Mantis in a vicious piledriver, and climbed to the top to hit the 5 Star Awesome Splash. At this point, the Communist Regime knew they couldn't stall anymore, and attacked Awesome. The ref called for the bell, when Rage came running down to the ring. Given his affiliation with Shamrock, and Shamrock's hate for Awesome, everyone thought Rage would attack Awesome, but everyone ws surprised when Rage cleared the ring of the Communists*

Rage vs Showtime *Well these 2 men have been very silent in regards to their match tonight. Apparently they just wanted to let their fists do the talking. And the did just that. Rage dominated most of the match, with Showtime getting in a few good moves, at one time almost executing his finisher. But Rage is very quick, and managed to reverse it. Rage then hit the Outrage Bomb, and picked up the victory*

Eric Maltby vs Venom
*In a rematch from Thunder, these 2 men were looking to have a winner to this one. Venom dominated early and often, taking advantage of the much smaller Eric Maltby. But late in the match, Eric turned the tables, nailing Venom with a low blow. More bad news for Venom, as when he fell over from the low blow, he struck the ref, knocking him out cold. Soon after, Markus came running down to the ring. He grabbed a chair from ringside, and entered the ring. Eric picked up Venom, and held him for Markus. However as Markus swung, Venom ducked, and Markus nailed his son in the forehead. Then Venom kicked Markus in the stomach, and nailed him with the Venom Spike. Then turning around, and doing the same to Eric, then making the pin, which was accompanied with a very slow 3 count from the still woozy referee. That's when the Graveyard Shift made their way down to the ring, and began pummling Venom. Then Lord Cheesedale, with a huge pop from the fans, came in and cleaned house. Venom and the Good Lord were left standing in the ring, as the Corporate members headed backstage*

Television Title Match
Lord Cheesedale vs The Bossman [c]
*After winning the TV Title this past Thursday on Thunder, the Bossman was looking for a successful first title match against one of the brightest future stars WWWCW has to offer. In a very exciting, high paced match, Lord Cheesedale took advantage early, but the momentum shifted when Bossman caught Cheesedale off guard with a flying forearm. Bossman then dominated for some time, using holds to try and wear the Good Lord out. But Cheesedale started to 'hulk up' with energy from the fans, and once again the momentum started to swing. Cheesedale got out of the headlock, and nailed Bossman with a clothesline, which didn't quite knock the big man over. So Cheesedale tried again, but this time he was caught, and Bossman nailed the Execution. He made the pin, 1-2-thr... Cheesedale kicks out! He starts to pummle the Bossman. With Bossman dazed in the corner, Lord Cheesedale was setting him up for some Sweet Cheese Music, when Markus Maltby came down to the ring, and grabbed one of Cheesedale's legs. The Good Lord turned around, and booted Maltby, sending him into the guard rail, but when he turned around, Bossman nailed him with the Execution again. 1-2-thre... Kick out! Bossman showing his frusration, decided to go for another Execution. But Venom had other ideas. He came down to the ring, and took out the Bossman's knees. Cheesedale then set him up for the Sweet Cheese Music, nailed it, and got the 3 count to become the new TV Champ! It appears Venom has problems with everyone who's Corporate, or may have received help from a Corporate member*

Hardcore Title Match
The Judge vs Raven [c]
*With the Judge's recent temper tantrums, Raven knew this was an opponent that he should not take lightly. And once the match started, if there was any doubt before, he knew now, as the Judge dominated. Judge came fully prepared for this Hardcore Title match, bringing down a hamper full of goodies, ranging from a shovel to a trash can. He wasted no time going to work on the champ, immediately getting a table from underneath the ring. He set it up and the corner, and attempted to throw Raven into it, however Raven reversed it, and the Judge went crashing in, shattering the table. Late in the match, with the remains of 3 tables, a broom, a shovel, and a stop sign, Raven wanted to finish off the Judge hardcore style. With the Judge almost out in the corner, blood running down his face, Raven set up 2 tables in the ring, one ontop the other. Underneath them, Raven poured a bag of thumbtacks. He picked up the Judge, and heaved him ontop of the tables. Raven climbed up, and set the Judge up for the Evenflow, but the Judge reversed it, and nailed Raven with the Death Sentence, crashing through 2 tables, and landing on thumbtacks. Both men were out cold, the only difference was, the Judge landed ontop of Raven. The ref made the 3 count, and the Judge becomes the NEW Hardcore Champ!*

Markus: So I suppose you 2 are wondering who your mystery opponents are. Well first let's go over a little history. Both these men have held World Titles. Both these men have held the tag titles. And oh yes, they are Corporate...

HBK: Well then bring out the Graveyard Shift, and quit wasting our time with your pointless rants...

Markus: Well Shawn Michaels, you may be a skilled wrestler, but you're certainly not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Dont ever put the cart before the horse. There is only one difference between these 2 men, and the Graveyard Shift, and that is that these 2 men have been terminated, and they've been brought back to take you 2 out! Ladies and Gentlemen, THE OUTSIDERS! (Italian Stallion and Johnny Canuck come out, to major heel heat from the crowd. They run down to the ring, and the match is underway)

Tag Team Title Match
The Outsiders vs Rocky Stonage/Shawn Michaels [c]
*Johnny Canuck started off against HBK, and JC took advantage early. Quick tags between these 2 radicals limited the champs to very little offensive attack. But Shawn Michaels got a burst of energy, and knocked Stallion down. He then crawled his way to the corner, where Stonage was tagged in. The Real Rock then began cleaning house, first taking out Canuck, then Stallion. HBK then came in, and nailed Canuck with some Sweet Chin Music. Rocky then climed to the top, and nailed JC with the Rock Slide. But the ref refused to count, because Canuck was not the legal man. Stallion then came in the ring, Stonage ran at him, IS picked him up and nailed him with the Death Valley Driver. Stallion made the pin, HBK ran over to interupt it, but he was cut off by Canuck, who hit him with the Millennium Mark. The ref made the 3 Count, and the Outsiders won the Tag Team Titles!*

Intercontinental Title Match
Rocky Stonage vs Gravedigger [c]
*After their impressive showing in the Triple Threat Theatre on this past Nitro, Digger and Stonage were looking to put on another great show for the fans, and they did just that. As previous encounters, Gravedigger dominated early, using his size as the advantage. And very early in the match, Digger had Stonage set up for the "6 Feet Under", but Stonage reversed it into a russian leg sweep. Late in the match, with Gravedigger in control again, Rocky once again stole the momentum, and it looked like nothing would stop him this time. Shawn Michaels came running down to the ring with a chair, slid in the ring, and nailed Gravedigger. As the ref was about to ring the bell to DQ Stonage, Michaels nailed him too. Stonage then nailed Gravedigger with the Rock Slide, and HBK made the 3 count*

MAIN EVENT
World Title Match
Shawn Michaels vs Justin Animal [c] (Special Guest Referee: Markus Maltby)
*In this very much anticipated match, both competitors didn't disappoint. Exchanging blows early, Justin Animal came out with the momentum. As the match went on, Markus was heavily favoring Animal, as expected. Slow counts for HBK, and fast ones for JA. Michaels really had to be on his game tonight, and he was. Late in the match however, Justin Animal looked like he was fully in control, when Rocky Stonage came down to the ring. But following him closely was the entire Corporation, along with the Outsiders. Meanwhile, in the ring Shawn Michaels turned the tide once again, taking control. With Justin Animal down, HBK was setting him up for the Sharpshooter, when the Corporate members started to climb in the ring when Rocky Stonage and the OUTSIDERS began pummling the Corporation. Meanwhile, just as HBK secured the Sharpshooter, Maltby called for the bell, without checking on Justin Animal's condition. Markus grabbed the title, gave it to Shawn Michaels, then Markus, HBK, Stonage, and the Outsiders headed backstage, with Canuck and Stallion removing their Corporation T-Shirts to reveal GoD Shirts!*
