- Italian Stallion made a surprising return to 3WCW action. His attacks on Ryan Kaige, Death Warrent and Johnny Canuck seem to say he is here for good, and is looking to regain the World Title, although details of a contract have yet to be worked out.
- Clash of the Champions 5 could end up seeing Death Warrent defend the strap against Italian Stallion, and have Ryan Kaige take on Johnny Canuck in a number one contenders match. There has been some specualtion of a Fatal Four Way aswell.
- John Casey is in the middle of what is turning out to be a successful title reign. Casey should end up holding the IC strap until after COTC 5 although this is far from confirmed.
- Last week a rumor was posted concerning an XCW/3WCW partnership. I wouldn't put too much stock in that rumor. Although Blackman has approached Markus before, nothing has been discussed recently.
- WWWCW has done away with using real wrestler names, some people are said to be upset about this. However Eric and Markus both feel its in the best interests of the federation, in the long run.
- Johnny Canuck was recently on the Tonight Show, the show garnered a nice rating of 6.1 the highest rated show on NBC that night.
- Vic Damon was seen in Calgary, Alberta around the time of Canadian Stampede. However I'm not sure if that means anything. Its a known fact that Damon now resides in Calgary.
- The Quote of the Week has become a joke in the recent months. Look for it, to become serious again in the next installment.
- There is a rumor that a new face could debut on Nitro. I tend to believe that it will be an old face returning. Sources have indicated that it will NOT be Gravedigger. Names are being thrown around like wild fire, however it is all just speculation. I can confirm that the contract has been signed, sealed and delievered, and this wrestler will debut on Nitro.
That's all for this week, folks...
