This site may only be used with the following
considerations.
Keystone Oaks Online links with third party
sites. Keystone Oaks School District is not responsible and
will not take responsibility for any textual content, graphical
content, personal opinions, or any other information on these
third party sites. Opinions expressed on these sites do not
necessarily reflect the views of Keystone Oaks School District
or it's staff.
Abuse of the system will not be tolerated.
Anything that is considered an attack on the system is prohibited.
Spamming, email bombing, and hate mail are all examples of abuse
of the system.
Any person wishing to use site resources
such as HTML code must first ask permission of the Webmaster.
Graphics, calendars, district information, and files designated
for download may be taken without permission. These items are
made available for such purposes and anyone who wishes to use
them in a lawful manner may do so.
Any violation of these rules is prohibited.
Keystone Oaks School district has the right to change or add
to these rules at any time.
Rules
of publication
The following are rules set by the Webmaster
in cooperation with Keystone Oaks School District in regards
to publication of information.
KO Online is a student-run Web Site meaning
that any student attending Keystone Oaks School District may
submit materials for review. If these materials follow the following
guidelines, they may be publish on the Web Site. KO Online has
the right to reject any pages submitted which it finds in violation
of the following:
- The content of the page must have no opinion towards
a person or a group of people.
- The page must be school related. Examples include
information about clubs, activities, or athletic programs.
These are just examples and any other ideas submitted will
definitely be considered. BE CREATIVE!
- The process of publication must be followed unless
permission is given by the KO Online staff or an administrator
participating in the KO Online program.
- Any pictures or personal information about a person
or group of people must be approved by this person or these
people by having a media release form signed. If you are
in need of one, please contact the KO Online staff. This
release is only for use with Keystone Oaks School District.
Any information that is not okay with a signature cannot
be published by law.
- Pages can be submitted in any known format such
as Text, Claris Works, or most other word processing programs.
Documents are not limited to HTML. NOTE: Any person submitting
a page in a format other than HTML a must expect delay in
the process.
- Filenames of web pages must follow these guide
lines:

Must not have any spaces in filenames.
Must not have any of the following characters
in the filename: " , : ; ' ` ~ < > ] [ } { \ |
Please try to use lowercase letters
with an extension separated from the name by a "dot".
ex. "mypage.html" or "myphoto.gif".
If this is not done, the staff must go through your whole
site and change every occurence of the filename and change
it to a usable name.

Pages and their content may be changed
from their original format, but this is highly unlikely to
occur.
KO Online holds the right to change or
add to these rules at any time.
