I'm biased, of course,
but Labradors are the best dogs. They are very athletic, always
happy (and always hungry), loyal, and gentle with kids. Our dogs
don't get taken for as many walks now that we have two young
boys. But that doesn't stop them from going on walks. They take
themselves. Our backyard fence is only about four feet high and
that isn't a barrier at all for a Labrador. We used to get calls
from the neighbors when they found our dogs. That was very nice,
but unnecessary. Bonnie and Shasta are just going for a walk and
return home soon for food and water.
