Putrajaya Precinct 8 Smartschool is a development on 15 acres of land. It consists of the following buildings:

-Secondary School for 1400 students

-Primary School for 1000 students

-Workshop

-Multipurpose hall with 1188 capacity

-Surau with 310 capacity

-Pavilion and playing field

-Guard house, bus shelter and ancillary buildingThe buildings were completed in January 2000.

The secondary school has been operational since the beginning of Year 2000 school session whereas the primary school has been operational since the beginning of 2001.
