Jewel is a daughter of Hidden's Meadows Holy Smoke, who was owned and shown by Joe Burrows of Moscow, TN. Smoke was a multiple Top Ten and National Champion, as well as being an AMHR Hall of Fame horse.
Her offspring began with Jewelann, born in 1997. She had two boys, one lost to an accident at six weeks, and Smoke & Mirrors, born in '99. All three were sired by Little England's Lord Malovio. In 2002, she produced a silver pinto filly by Comanche Rebel, named Wisteria . We kept the two girls, and sold Jewel to Jan Easter in Texas after Teri was weaned.
