TJCG Law concerning Infinite Universe Naval Force

• A current Infinite Universe Navy is to get started up by the Queens and they are to gather the ships and water vessels and make their choices from around planets that currently already have this technology and these will be used for necessary delivery of stuff and transportation of important people for now and will keep them current and ready in case the planet needs high priority and justifiable rapid stuff or people transportation and they are to dry dock ships and water vessels not currently in commission if possible and are to maintain these vessels in good working order.
• They are to secure IUNF Bases and former Naval Bases and Shipping Docks and Yards and Ports are a good start and can make very good IUNF Bases
• Unless the Queens are taking this out of their budget all transportation of stuff and people are to be charged at a profit and this is to be calculated and this has to be at a profit and not a loss unless the Queens are paying the entire bill for as legitimate IU business.
• This Force should disable the arms on these Navel vessels and or uninstall them and they should not be operational unless there is a justifiable reason for this and this is determined.
• They are to work with and not against the other Forces and are under Force Laws and Rules.
• Infinite Universe Naval Force that is under strict military rank and discipline and uniforms and can commandeer and set an Area or Areas or Base or Bases and buildings at no lease charge and the stuff at no charge and cannot legally infringe on CSF or ALF or IUSF or IUAF or IUPAF and is ahead of IUPF in that order unless this is a Navel Force related Area and Bases and Naval Force Vessels and Equipment and related equipment and ground operations such as already built Navel Bases and and CSF has highest rank and is a highest ranking Force controlled directly by the Pillar of the GodFathers that is an IU Level Pillar and are IU Level Beings.
• They can secure and commandeer and draft and enlist the resources needed to get the job done and people can be drafted if not a Pillar Being and can be drafted for duty for up to 10 years draft or join for up to 10 years enlistment and are absolutely required to work for a fixed wage and some small bonus if decided and this is a Force of honor and respect and this is out of the Queens Budget.
• IUNF can commandeer any equipment or technology or any other stuff on a planet not already under the control of higher ranking forces unless that is related to their Force and type of operations where they take precedence.
• IUNF can commandeer any Area and have Areas move not that are not under or taken over by higher ranking Forces or that take precedence such as Area or Bases with Ports and Manufacturing of Ships and Ship Spare Parts Storage and related Naval Force Stuff.
• IUNF can commandeer any Orange Work Force and they stay OWF but are now IUNF OWF and can wear IUNF Uniforms not already under or taken by higher ranking Forces.
• IUNF can draft or accept enlistment's from people under the TJCG no where to go or mentally or physically disabled protection law not already under the control of higher ranking Forces.
• IUNF is like a Naval Supply and Infrastructure and Operations Force and can not have working arms or weapons systems and IUNF primarily responsible for directly commanding these ships with Goddessess to GodFather(s) Net and Cover as Superior Officers.
• This is a military type organization so they do not need building or equipment or other insurance and if something is damaged or ruined it is replaced at IU expense and the IUNF is responsible if negligence is determined and discipline then needs to be carried out.
• IUNF should work with and cooperate with higher ranking Forces if asked to give their full cooperation.
• TJCG is saying that commandeer authority is not for abuse to get rich lifestyle and if TJCG finds out this is happening you will be taken down many pegs and look carefully at what and how the CSF operates and you will understand what this Force is accepting as standard and reasonable and TJCG is suggesting templating their organization plus or minus to be sure and not get into hot water in the future by going into too rich a lifestyle and food and fancy stuff and fancy cars and do not go after the art and museums and this has to be directly applicable to operation of IUNF following your main goals or you will be shamed and disciplined and maybe even punished if you go overboard on this and keep your priorities straight.
• TJCG is now asking that the All Forces do not get into it and put together a fair hearing and dispute resolution mechanism and set of rules to resolve ALL disputes and problems fairly and this will be called ' Force Dispute Hearing and Resolution Commandeering Rules ' and is applicable to all three Forces and is to be written and worked out in detail for all GodFathers Commanding a CSF at a 90% consensus.
• TJCG is saying that different Forces on a single planet is good and some will compete and some will have different responsibilities and duties and will compliment each other.
• Commanding the IUNF on each planet will be the Queens on that planet and the enlisted and draftees and commandeered OWF are definitely not Queens but part of the IUNF.
• The IUNF can not legally commandeer more then 3% of the resources of the planet.
• TJCG Approves the building of New Naval Force and Private Ships and Vessels and Boats as long as they abide by the IU New Ship and Vessel and Boat and Water Craft Building Law.

• They have all decided if they have ships with stacks to take the ships and put them into ship yards and even ships without stacks and design and built huge mast that are new technology with automatic roller furling jibs and electric winches and retrofit them with huge solar panels and battery technology in the former engine rooms and some are going to be cutters and others sail configurations and these are huge luxury liners that are going to be converted with huge mast that go way up and are very tall and they will have the strength to power the ship in winds and they will have luxury liner above and storage and shipping below and that is how shipping will be done and these can be built and refurbished and recycled for well almost indefinitely and they will be some of the ships of the future in the IU and this is how the diesel and other power technology that pollutes will be eliminated in the Naval Force and they will have huge white ships that have huge sails and when sailing into port just like in the days of huge sailing ships they will learn to sail them right to the dock and that is what they will do and will get this down to a science and art and they are looking forward to taking a long sailing trip on a luxury liner type Naval Force Sailing Ship and this is the wave of the future for the Naval Force in the entire IU and some planets do not have any ships and they are going to designs and build ships and some will be wood at first and then later metal and other materials like fiberglass and other materials like created ships that will be like a huge white crustacean and will have natural staterooms and have a dorsal fin and fins and will swim on top of the water and the staterooms will be and can be furnished or with built in furniture and cupboards and all kinds of amenities and this will be more like a totally controllable ShipBot and will not go under the water and will stay all the time above the water line and will have many natural creature comforts and the sea port windows will be like eye lenses and you will be able to see out of them and the lamps inside will be glowing totally natural and built in lamps and this will be very nice and beautiful and will not stink and you will be on or in a natural ship and this will be really big and we are saying huge and can be as big as any luxury liner you have ever seen and well they can and well be very nice and totally natural and will be able to make more new CreatorShips and these CreatorShips will have downloadable new designs for the latest and greatest designs and they will be very nice and fun and even have ability for a swimming pool and many of the amenities of a unnatural ship but will be very fast and in fact we can make them so they will also have wings and fly and they can take off from the water and you can fly and ride off the water and they will be huge compared to people but will be totally controllable and you will be able to take off and land in the water and they will not get out of control like a dinosaur and they will be a Bot that is programmed and predictable and steerable through channeling and not like and animal that is not always controllable but controllable just like an unnatural ship or plane and will they will be able to take off and land on water and you will have large enough staterooms to sleep in and well some work will have to be done for the plumbing but should not be a problem for running water and ability to take a shower from a storage tank and the water will be heated from the muscles and the work and this will give off heat and you will get used to this and this seems kind of strange now but will not be and people will prefer this we think to unnatural ships and planes and trains and automobiles and an all natural solution for traveling and comfortable traveling and fun and adventure and on the water and then in the air and well everybody down below for air travel and then take off and you are all airborne so you do not fall off of the deck for takeoff for but they should be steady enough for deck passengers for takeoff and landing and well that will have to be tested in the future when they are ready and grown for a Creator Systems and small at first but will grow. 
• Natural CreatorSpeedBoats that are very fast and can use both fins and wings for speed assist and will be very fast and fast enough to water ski behind.
• CreatorSubs that can submerse and you will not get wet and an stay underwater for a very long time and take the oxygen out of the water and oxygenate the living quarters area and this is how this can be done with lenses for ports so you can look out and see many things and have fun and sight see underwater.
• Natural CreatorSpeedSkis are for a single person and are a controllable Bot that you sit or stand on in the water for fast and fun sports.
• CreatorTugBoat to tug the Navel Force Sailing Ships that need a tow in low or no wind conditions or when in trouble in a bay or with docking.
• Little noise and noise pollution with natural solutions to the internal combustion engine.
