• TJCG wants the Angels of Light to set up 10,000 Angel of Light Bases outside of Heaven out of projected reach of the Suns in Heaven if they go Super Nova.  These bases will be set up like military bases with high security and completely fenced with ten perimeter fences with 1000 yards of empty land between each fence and patrolled by dogs such as shepherds or Dobermans or a better guard dog guarding inside each and every perimeter.  Keep these dogs away from the Turtles because they might try to kill and or eat them!
• These bases need to be well inside the Angel of Light Area with a secure thousand mile perimeter.
• These planets need to be planets that currently or will have Creator Machines in the real near future and is one of the highest priorities for the Angels of Light in choosing these planets and making sure these planets are totally secure.
• These 10,000 Planets with the Angel of Light Bases will be under the primary jurisdiction of the Angels of Light and not the Queens.
• The Queens can still live on these planets and manage them secondarily and if they do not want this duty they can transfer off of these planets to another planet where the Queens are primarily managing the planet.
• The Angels of Light need to choose these planets and review the recommendations of The GodFather and or other Fathers they trust and respect.
• If the Orange WorkForce is a threat on these planets or other people that are even a remote security threat they need to be dropped immediately so there is not an insecurity or before they get out of control once the planet choices are made. You need to keep a stiff upper lip and do this security drop knowing that these bases are protecting the people dropped and still alive and are one of the primary responsibilities and tasks of the Angels of Light to protect what was known as their Souls and better known as their Character and Memories and Videos and Looks and other information in their files such as legal information and transfer agreements and other agreements and known as a 'Persons Resurrection File' for people dropped and or still alive that may later be dropped or killed or have an accident or die for any other reason. This file is very important and can be used to fully bring them back and if all copies are lost they will be gone forever. 
• Security cleanup on these planets can be done as a Drop only at 90% vote of the Angels of Light responsible for the 10,000 planets known also as Base Angels of Light for now and they push the first drop button and TJCG is asking The GodFather to help out with this job and use the Power Turtles to do a security cleanup of each and every single Angel of Light Base Planet.
• Each and every single Angel of Light Base is to have at least ten complete sets of Storage Turtles with every person currently dropped or alive redundantly stored at least ten times and all knowledge and knowledge bases are to be totally secured and guarded with highest security measures especially Creation and other highly secret information.
• Each and every single base is to start construction on Ten Strategic Defense Centers with Ten different very deep sink holes and large underground facility that is self sustaining and totally self sufficient and the ability to quickly transfer underground all ten complete sets of Turtles for long term survival underground with the ability to take on many very large direct hits from space in case the IU War Equipped Space Ships get out of the control of the IU for any reason or there is an alien invasion with space technology that is faster than ours and they can just warp or hyperspace or worm hole into the center of the IU and wage war.  Who knows what is out there. Nobody knows including The GodFather.  The GodFather was the original evolutionary people and then learned to upgrade and advance and well create people and there may be beings more advanced than us out there just waiting for the right moment to strike.   We need to be prepared for all contingencies and not laugh or scoff at this preparedness and there is nothing wrong and everything right with being fully prepared.
• The Angels of Light on these Angel of Light bases need to set up a military organization with rank and run them as a military organization and learn military discipline and Star Ships need to be moved into orbit or Space Dock near these planets so they can get to them and they need to prepare for training on these ships in the future after TJCG gets to Heaven and they will need to be fully prepared to pilot these ships and use all weapons systems for space defense against another space vessel.
• All of these Angel of Light Bases are to be inside the Planetary Palace of TJCG and none out there among the New Frontier Planets

• TJCG wants to build 10 fully functional Angel of Light Bases on the Planet of TJCG in different places around the Planet chosen by the Angels of Light
• One Angel of Light Base on each of the other Planets in the Heaven Constellation
• The decisions about these bases will be made by 90% of the Heavens Angels of Light
