TJCG Law concerning Light Force

• This Force should disable all arms on any equipment they are using or under their military type jurisdiction and or uninstall them and they should not be operational unless there is a justifiable reason for this and this is determined.
• LF is like a Creator Systems and Support Technology Manufacturing and Infrastructure and Operations Force and can not have working arms or weapons systems and the LF is primarily responsible for directly commanding the Force with the Goddessess or GodFather(s) Net and Cover as Superior Officers.
• Absolute Highest Priority for all people personally on each and every planet and as the Planet Priority is to do whatever it takes and making best efforts and working ASAP to have the complete capabilities to manufacture very good quality Creator Systems and have all of the good quality Backup and Support Technology required and install them in every Church of TJCG and also in every BigCreator Upgrade and Transfer and Bring Them Back Facility and this is the absolute highest priority for each and every planet no exceptions.
• In many cases taking a StarShip or StarFreighter to the Technology Center of the IU to load up Creator Systems and the required Support Technology will not be rational and if not rational do not do this and do not over react and if determined this is not rational then do not do this.
• All people on all planets if not trying to help with this highest priority when asked to work doing this or told they have to work doing this by an Angel of Light and other High Level Beings especially at the IU Level will probably be minimum turned into Orange Work Force or turned into a Servant or killed by TJCG and when they say jump you had better say how high and the Angels of Light can put together a Angel of Light Force that is under strict military rank and discipline and uniforms and can commandeer and set an Area or Areas or Base or Bases and buildings at no lease charge and the stuff at no charge and try not to infringe on already set Pillar and other Areas if possible and secure and commandeer and draft the resources needed to get the job done and people can be drafted if not a Pillar Being and can be drafted for duty for up to 10 years draft or join for up to 10 years enlistment and are absolutely required to work for a fixed wage and some small bonus if decided and this is a Force of honor and respect and is a race to upgrade the people race and they are trying to complete a planets highest priority and will compete on a planet with the Creator Systems Force or CSF and this will be a competing Force and will be the race to see who makes this happen the quickest and mostest and well WE NEED RESULTS and this is pulled out of the Angels of Light budget.
• LF can commandeer any Precious on a planet not already under the control of the CSF.
• LF can commandeer any equipment or technology or any other stuff on a planet not already under the control of the CSF.
• LF can commandeer any Area and have Areas move not already under the control of the CSF.
• LF can commandeer any Strip Mines or other types of Mines not already under the control of the CSF.
• LF can commandeer any Orange Work Force and they stay OWF but are now LF OWF and can wear LF Uniforms not already under the control of the CSF.
• LF can draft or accept enlistment's from people under the TJCG no where to go or mentally or physically disabled protection law not already under the control of the CSF.
• LF is like an Army Corps of Engineers and is not to carry arms or control weapons systems and can go into space if needed or required to go into space and perform space operations with IUSF responsible for and commanding these ships.
• This is a military organization so they do not need building or equipment or other insurance and if something is damaged or ruined it is replaced at IU expense and the LF people responsible if negligence is determined is disciplined .
• LF can work with and cooperate with IUSF and IUSF is asked to give their full cooperation if asked.
• TJCG is saying that commandeer authority is not for abuse to get rich lifestyle and if TJCG finds out this is happening you will be taken down many pegs and look caerfully at what and how the CSF operates and you will understand what this Force is accepting as standard and reasonable and TJCG is suggesting templating their organization plus or minus to be sure and not get into hot water in the future by going into too rich a lifestyle and food and fancy stuff and fancy cars and do not go after the art and museums and this has to be directly applicable to operation of LF with the only goal of manufacturing and deploying Creator Systems and Support Technology or you will be shamed and disciplined and maybe even punished if you go overboard on this and keep your priorities straight.
• TJCG is asking that the IUSF and CSF and LF do not get into it and put together a fair hearing and dispute resolution mechanism and set of rules to resolve disputes and problems fairly and this will be called ' Force Dispute Hearing and Resolution Commandeering Rules ' and is applicable to all Forces and is to be written and worked out in detail for all GodFathers Commanding a CSF at a 90% consensus.
• TJCG is saying that LF and CSF on a single planet is good and sets a level competition field and may the best organization win and this is a competition and a race and both can do this and they can deliver on a first come first served basis and the organization that delivers the most systems that are very good quality until the planet has them all delivered will recieve a reward that is the ' Force Competition Reward and Bonus for Quality and Excellence and Winning the Race ' and this goes to the Force that Wins and delivers the most Creator Systems with all support technology and then there will be a phase of maintenance and support so make the Creator Systems very good quality and all Support Systems very good quality and this above Competition Reward needs to be written and worked out in detail for all GodFathers Commanding a CSF at a 90% consensus.
• You maintain the systems you manufacture and install.
• Commanding the LF on each planet will be the Angels of Light on that planet and the draftees and inlisted are definately not Angels of Light but part of the LF .
• Can not legally commandeer more then 10% of the resources of the planet
