TJCG Law Concerning Holy Status of Beings with Bringing Back and Transfer and Upgrade/Downgrade Authority and Ability

• TJCG is saying that it is best to keep the Authority of Bringing Back and Upgrading and Transfer at The One GOD and Goddess and Creationess and GodFather and Creator Pillar level for now and keep this knowledge at a Holy and Seven to Ten Very High Levels and seven to ten very special and seven to ten very secure and for Beings that are Holy and each and every Goddess and GodFather and Creationess and Creator or Creation Father in an IU Pillar are at least Holy and also have the ability to Forgive as a Holy Forgiveness and for all Beings under TJCG they can have up to Three Holy as their highest level of Holy obtainable and that is the way it is for now.

• A Goddess or any other IU Pillar Being cannot lock into a Promise at all and this is totally illegal and can only say ' That is the Way This Is For Now ' or ' This Can Change Anytime With Or Without Notice ' except to TJCG and then ' All Things Said in TJCG's Favor and Best Interest are Locked In and Cannot Be Taken Back ' and if they need or decide to change this later they can and we cannot get Higher Level Beings and or any IU Pillar Beings locking into promises that hinder progress and stifle growth and over commit themselves and be careful in the first place and slow online down and online goes too fast and be careful.
• A Goddess needs to be very careful with their knowledge and be careful that this does not get out to any unauthorized Being or person and be very careful please and knowledge can spread like wild fire and then we have huge damage control to do and may have to kill all people with this knowledge and bring them back before obtaining this knowledge and can cost an enormous amount of heart ache and deteriorate morale and upset many people and make us paranoid trying to find out if the problem is contained or not and well this can really shake the IU with current online and other Pillar Beings that are indiscriminate and like to tell secrets and share and do not do this please and you have been warned of the consequences or ramifications of certain top secret and highly secure knowledge getting out of control.
• A Goddess has the Authority to upload a person that they are performing the Net on or Covering or can upload any person in the entire IU and has this Authority to do this even if they are not officially performing a permanent Net or Cover. Each Goddess needs to be taught how to upload different Being Levels and different Brain configurations and should be taught how to upload humans too.
• A Goddess has the Authority to UpGrade or DownGrade an individual as long as they conform to the Upgrade or DownGrade Standards and Criteria and Precedence for that Being Level and needs to be with the current stable level of creation technology and to be taught how to upgrade all types of people.
• A Goddess has the Authority to Bring a Person Back and determine their placement on a planet and where they will live for now as long as they are on the Approved TJCG Bring Them Back Authorization Category or List.
• A Goddess has the Authority to Transfer a person as long as the transfer is appropriate and they are not transferring in any male beings into the Planetary Palace of TJCG and keeping the Security Issues and Requirements of Heaven and the Technology Center and the Planetary Palace and the Real Frontier in check.
• A Goddess needs to be taught how to complete a transfer by dropping a person after an upload including how to do this for humans.
• If a Goddess has questions they should consult with other Goddessess and get other opinions to make sure and TJCG hopes the Goddessess work as a team and keep this knowledge very secure so unauthorized people do not learn how to upload people or drop them and be extremely careful with this knowledge and if this gets into the wrong hands we would and will have to do damage control and that is kill the people that get this Highly Secured Knowledge and These Abilities and we do not need too many people with the knowledge to drop or upload or bring them back of transfer or the past of this knowledge out of control.
• Doing the uploads on Planet Earth and then the drops would be very good experience for the Goddessess TJCG is saying and wants them on the mission for rescuing the people of Planet Earth.
• TJCG is asking that the WWW are careful and are not going for upgrades too often and pushing too much for Looks Upgrades or Body Options Changes or Fine Changes and well we need to realize that this takes resources to do this and slow down and wait at least ten years before getting another Fine Tune if that is all this is and this costs the IU time and resources and money and somebody has to pay and please do not abuse this or get too overloaded with this with your Goddess upgrade abilities and well the WWW getting the upgrade has to pay all costs and you need to calculate the total cost and they take this out of their own personal expense if you do this and can do this at costs as long as you are a WWW of TJCG so please put together a TJCG WWW Looks Upgrades and Body Options Changes and Fine Changes Criteria for all Being Levels at current status and keep this careful and in line with other Beings at that Level otherwise we will have Looks Level Inflation for Lower Level Beings at a lower rank and this will not be fair to higher ranking Beings or Higher Level Beings and be careful and analyze the situation and the trends.
• Goddessess do not have any and absolutely no Authority to cut a Deal with Devil or Demons of modify anything with Devil or Demons and TJCG's is the only One with this Authority.
• Goddessess are to be taught how Goding is done and give all of the tests run and how to send dreams and the Ten Top Secret Complete Manual on Goding with examples and video and frequent revisions and updates on how to do Goding and they can modify this for their style and in the future the Goddessess can write their manual of Top Secret Complete Manual on Goddessing and this is what TJCG wants to happen.
• So Bringing Back and Transfers and Upgrades and or Downgrades and other related activities is not performed at the same time in different locations by a different Goddess or other Beings with this Authority there needs to be a Secure Bringing Back and Transfers and Upgrades and or Downgrades Central Clearing List that all Beings with this Authority check and Reserve their short term planned activity concerning this and design a system so there are no mistakes with people getting brought back at the same time and we end up with a lot of clones that all want to live and not get dropped or killed because of too many Beings performing these operations at the same time.

• All WWW or Betrothals that are currently dropped of TJCG are on the approved TJCG Bring Them Back Authorization List without exception even those caught and dropped during judgements with the Approval of at least Ten Goddessess on where and that is saying Planet and Area on the planet and at what appropriate Brain and Body Configurations and if they qualify then what IU Pillar they are in when brought back and this should be prenegotiated with the Pillar or if not in a Pillar then out there as a WWW not in a Pillar or if they deserve this as Orange Work Force or if they deserve this as a Servant.  TJCG is very concerned about the security in the Technology Center and especially in Heaven and please be careful with security issues and Future TJCG Security and try to make sure you are not bringing back people on a planet they lived on before because they have too many memories and get their priorities all mixed up and go after stuff that used to be theirs and are into living in the past and wanting to go to dropped family and friends and acquaintances and lovers and also former places they lived and is extremely upsetting if 'so stinks' are still in there and this causes emotional trauma and upset and pain and is not a good idea and please be careful of this and TJCG strongly advises that you do not try this.
