• This Creation Technology will be bid from at least ten different fair and competitive independent groups in a IU Creator or Creation Pillar or from different Pillars that offer a full People Line for the upgrade that includes compatible Ted Jesus Christ GOD level technology that is properly referrred to as case specific ' The One GOD ' and will be an enourmous creation technology and feat that controls all living things and WYP Boxes and more if this can be thought of and is feature rich and has all of the best Bells and Whistles and Features and this will be bid as a whole and as a complete Online Plug Compatible for all Beings from The One GOD on down the line to microorganisms with complete compatibility.
• The Independent Group in the Pillar or Pillar or both if that is how the Pillar decides to work the splitting of this bid and this will be paid however they work out the legal splitting of the bid will make a ton and TJCG is saying a whole fleet of boatloads full of money and this is above and beyond the fair and reasonable base salaries that they are getting paid and will be a bid fee paid over the life of the contract and will be paid out in 10K installments and will be based on performance and fulfilling all of the terms and conditions and performing all service and maintenance and making best efforts and deploying in entirety and they can work with and use lower lifeform subcontrators and this is OK and totally legal and there will have to be at least ten competing in this bid and will include all of the features in the people and all living things and WYP Boxes and the next generation Creator Systems and Creator Womb Upgrade Capability as part of this bid and TJCG will hopefully make up some of this enourmous bid fee later with leases of features that are considered above and beyond the People Line such as built in Personal Computers and Software that is part of the package and offered in the bid that are managed by the Pillar Group or Pillar that is the Primary Creator or Creation Contractor for this bid that won the bid.  If TJCG decides that this is the way that this is done then this will be accross the board and attempts to be fair and will be based on costs versus features and benefits and the life of this contract will be 10K years maximum and will include updates and upgrades throughout the life of the contract.
• Another way this could be bid is for them to get a percentage that in the long run will be enourmous also and will incent them to follow through on the 10K years that will be the longest projected life of this contract that will include updates and upgrades throughout the life of the contract.
• The third way is that TJCG looks at all of the current Creator and Creation Products and Services and Organization and puts together an Ala Carte Menu of this from them and that from this group or that group or this IU Pillar and that IU Pillar or this Private Father in the Creation industry and on and on and on until the entire Major IU Wide UpGrade is put together and this needs to be Plug and Play Compatible Creator and or Creation Technology and Creator and Creation Standards need to be Specified in a Creator and Creation Standards Specification so EveryThing Plugs and Plays Together and works in harmony and then is bid on a percentage of Ala Carte above and beyond features or as a fixed bid for this Major IU Wide Upgrade and TJCG is really looking at The One GOD and all levels of Higher Level Beings and the full range of Upper Beings and Middle Level Beings and the Real People Beings and Lower Beings as the primary part of this bid and all other creations such as Droids and Bots and Animals and Everything else would have to Plug and Play with this or will have to be a Mandatory Upgrade to Current Standards and so there are three current ways loosly defined on how this can be done in the future.  Creator and Creation Standards need to be determined and set so all Creator and Creation and Creator Systems and WYP Boxes and other related technology can plug and play with absolute and complete compatibility.
