• This Force should disable all arms on any equipment they are using or under their military type jurisdiction and or uninstall them and they should not be operational unless there is a justifiable reason for this and this is determined.
• CSF is like a Creator Systems and Support Technology Manufacturing and Infrastructure and Operations Force and can not have working arms or weapons systems and the CSF is primarily responsible for directly commanding the Force with the GodFather(s) Net and Cover as Superior Officers.
• Absolute Highest Priority for all people personally on each and every planet and as the Planet Priority is to do whatever it takes and making best efforts and working ASAP to have the complete capabilities to manufacture very good quality Creator Systems and have all of the good quality Backup and Support Technology required and install them in every Church of TJCG and also in every BigCreator Upgrade and Transfer and Bring Them Back Facility and this is the absolute highest priority for each and every planet no exceptions.
• In many cases taking a StarShip or StarFreighter to the Technology Center of the IU to load up Creator Systems and the required Support Technology will not be rational and if not rational do not do this and do not over react and if determined this is not rational then do not do this.
• All people on all planets if not trying to help with this highest priority when asked to work doing this or told they have to work doing this by a Higher Level Being and especially if at the IU Level will probably be minimum turned into Orange Work Force or turned into a Servant or killed by TJCG and when they say jump you had better say how high and the Goddesses and or GodFather or GodFathers covering a planet can put together a Creator Systems Force that is under strict military rank and discipline and uniforms and can commandeer and set an Area or Areas or Base or Bases and buildings at no lease charge and the stuff and try not to infringe on already set Pillar and other Areas if possible and secure and commandeer and draft the resources needed to get the job done and people can be drafted if not a Pillar Being and can be drafted for duty for up to 10 years draft or join for up to 10 years enlistment and are absolutely required to work for a fixed wage and some small bonus if decided and this is a Force of honor and respect and is a race to upgrade the people race and they are trying to complete a planets highest priority and the Angels of Light can compete with this and this will be a competing Force and will be the race to see who makes this happen the quickest and mostest and well WE NEED RESULTS and CSF costs are pulled out of the GodFathers budget.
• CSF can commandeer any Precious on a planet not already under the control of the ALF.
• CSF can commandeer any equipment or technology or any other stuff on a planet not already under the control of the ALF.
• CSF can commandeer any Area and have Areas move not already under the control of the ALF.
• CSF can commandeer any Strip Mines or other types of Mines not already under the control of the ALF.
• CSF can commandeer any Orange Work Force and they stay OWF but are now CSF OWF and can wear CSF Uniforms not already under the control of the ALF.
• CSF can draft or accept enlistment's from people under the TJCG 'no where to go or mentally or physically disabled protection law' not already under the control of the ALF.
• CSF is like an Army Corps of Engineers and is not to carry arms or control weapons systems and can go into space if needed or required to go into space and perform space operations with IUSF responsible for and commanding these ships.
• This is a military organization so they do not need building or equipment or other insurance and if something is damaged or ruined it is replaced at IU expense and the CSF responsible if negligence is determined is disciplined .
• CSF can work with and cooperate with IUSF and IUSF is asked to give their full cooperation if asked.
• TJCG is asking that the IUSF and CSF and ALF do not get into it and put together a fair hearing and dispute resolution mechanism and set of rules to resolve disputes and problems fairly and this will be called ' Force Dispute and Hearing and Resolution and Commandeering Rules ' and is applicable to all Forces and is to be written and worked out in detail for all GodFathers Commanding a CSF at a 90% consensus.
• You maintain the systems you manufacture and install.
• Can not legally commandeer more then 10% of the resources of the planet
