• Legally and Appropriately and Properly now called DropFacilities and can be put in a Jail or Prison and there can be a separated or separate DropFacility and not part of a Jail or Prison and can be a converted existing structure or building or can be constructed as a carefully designed DropFacility also.
• Before getting dropped they are to either voluntarily and cooperatively strip or get stripped and are to have jewelry and other stuff removed from them and are to have nothing inside their mouth and other body cavities and are to then be Guillitine Locked and after Guillotine Locked they cannot be let go and the drop has to be completed and they are to Face A Sharp Blade and are to have Six Minutes to Wait or Say or Verbalize A Statement or a Last Time To Review Their Life for Punishment while Guillotine Locked before the blade is dropped and then the blade is to be dropped immediately after the six minutes and are required to face the six minutes of punishment unless there are exceptions or this is waved.
• Six Minutes to Wait or Say or Verbalize A Statement or a Last Time To Review Their Life for Punishment while Guillotine Locked is not practical for some DropFacilities and do not have to have the Six Minutes and can drop as quick as possible if overloaded and need to drop quickly.
• This is a lot of overhead to add this option and costs and takes away from other progress but asked for online and granted so for those that do not deserve the Six Minutes to Wait or Say or Verbalize A Statement or a Last Time To Review Their Life for Punishment while Guillotine Locked their High Level Being responsible for Performing their Net and Cover or a Queen on the planet they are living on can wave this wait and then after getting Guillotine Locked the blade can be dropped quickly. To avoid continual asking the Queens can just say for their planet that there will be no waivers from the Queens and do not ask and that is all for now unless notified of a change and do not contact us and if changed  you will be notified by announcement and do not harass us at all.

• All of them getting Guillotine Dropped are to face the blade and see the blade taking them out and should have tried to lighten up more and this is their fault for their DARK or DARK or Dark or dark and that is that way that works.
• TJCG is saying no to using swords or hatchets or knifes to cut their throats or guns unless this is critical and they need to be taken out before the DropFacilities are ready by determination by 90% of the Queens on that specific planet if on a DarkDropList for that planet after the DarkSide Criteria and Tests were run and were put in the appropriate Dark Pond and if Mud or Scum or Murky or UnClear and were in those ranges and they then were determined by the High Level Being legally performing their Net and Cover and then a Queen on the planet they are currently alive on that they are to be put on a DarkDropList and can be arrested and taken to a temporary or permanent DropFacility and dropped anytime with or without notice.
• Cleanup needs to happen within 1 hour maximum and this body and head is disposed of stripped and no casket or funeral and is disposed of as a so stink.
