• Hopefully for the next 10 years the Guest Fees can be kept at only 50% of the rate they are normally for Personal Residence(s) of the WWW and FATHERS that Truely Love and are Loyal to TJCG and TJCG will try to keep these at this rate if the PROPERTY VALUES AND LENGTH OF INHABITABILITY AND PROPER MAINTENANCE and more is done exactly and correctly otherwise this cannot be kept so low and is marginal already and there are close margins and this has to be managed extremely well and carefully to keep these rates down for the 10 years otherwise back up to full rate before the 10 years is up and will be raised so the WWW and Betrothals of TJCG and GodFathers and Fathers and their www can upgrade for now to nicer living standards and places and have nicer lifestyles and get their earnings up and earning potential and get their Bonus Plans working and the IU heading in a right and a good direction and stable and working better so hopefully they can get nice estates with a swimming pool and spa or spas and a garden and maybe some room for stables and a carriage or three and some more room and they can be more comfortable and have more room.
