TJCG Law for Churches of TJCG Concerning Local Community Services

• At a certain point during the GWJ TJCG had problems and heard about problems with covered up people and threats to His WWW and He finally told them to get a gun or a full set of guns and ammunition and bullet proof vest and other personal protection equipment for defense and He would pay for this all and many did and were armed to the tee and then they were later all told after the crisis was over to turn this all in to the local Church of TJCG or Police and the entire IU was transitioning from Conventional Law Enforcement to Online Law Enforcement and gun and weapons control went into effect and is in effect in a huge way for private citizens and Gun and Weapons Permits were pulled all over the IU by the GodFathers covering a person and unfortunately some of this backfired and many WWW of TJCG used these weapons on themselves and committed suicide during some extreme times during the GWJ's.
• During the Great War and Judgments the Churches of TJCG were told to get equipment for local medical and fire and policing including having every body turn in their weapons to the local Churches of TJCG after we started enforcing stricter gun control after the threat of covered up people was reduced and the addresses were mostly found and the GodFathers could take over conventional enforcement and security online and TJCG is saying that this is helping the local communities and any further funding in this area is to be funding by the Angels of Light and or the Queens as constant funding for maintaining this capability and current training and or for specific functions and these are functions that cannot be handled entirely by the Nets and they need to be in place and working and TJCG would like the staff in the Churches of TJCG to get and have training in these very important and necessary community support services.  This all needs to be standardized on an IU Wide Level by 90% of the Angels of Light and 90% vote of the Queens and 90% vote of all the Church of TJCG Church Boards.
• BigCreator and Medical is Angel of Light business and Fire and Police is Queens Business and the funding source is to stay inline with this.
• TJCG was thinking that in the long run the local Churches of TJCG would be very good places for having a single or three or ten BigCreator Systems for Upgrade and Transfer and Bringing Them Back and the Churches of TJCG have a lot of interface and work with the Angels of Light and these could be a secure room or rooms and hopefully the Creator Systems can and will be improved for security so we will not have to have people securing the systems and all of the people labor and secure rooms and all of that bother and worry and have Creator Systems that are extremely secure and all checks and balances and controls and security systems built in as technology and this is what TJCG wants ASAP making best efforts.  In these cases the Angels of Light on each and every planet that these systems are installed on in a Church of TJCG will be primarily responsible for the Creator Systems in the Churches of TJCG including the security by Angels of Light on each planet that they are installed in a Church of TJCG and have primary jurisdiction here with TJCG's jurisdiction of the entire IU overriding this jurisdiction across the board and well TJCG's jurisdiction overrides all other jurisdiction in the entire IU and this is just getting clarified again.
• The Staff in each and every Church of TJCG with Creator Systems installed are secondarily and physically responsible for the Creator Systems and will have to be trained in these systems but are not to be trained in Upgrades or Transfers or Bringing Them Back and are to be trained in running and cleaning and maintaining the systems and medical help after they are out of the system and this also is secure knowledge on how to do this no matter how simple and trivial this will seem in the long run and they need to be Upgrade Certified and Transfer Certified and Bring Them Back Certified for physical and psychological care before and after in these different cases. For Transfers these local facilities can take the person and put them in a nice quiet room for the drop and arrange for the proper disposal of the 'so stink' after the drop. The Angels of Light need to help the Churches of TJCG financially for this service and give them a certain amount of financial support guaranteed for each and every function they perform and this needs to be decide on an UI Wide Level by 90% of the Angels of Light and 90% vote of all the Church of TJCG Church Boards.
