• All mining operations on each and every planet is a Mine of TJCG and is owned by TJCG and this can be contracted out by the Queens on that planet and the take can be no more than 1% for Private Mining and if Private Mining Contractors do not want to do this at this percentage then the mining is to be primarily managed by the Queens and they can acquire the equipment and hire the people and this is how all mining will work on each and every planet or asteroids or mining on uninhabitable planets as Space Mining that is encouraged and can be a IUSF endeavor and job in cooperation with the Queens for Space Mines in the vicinity that the Planet the Queens are managing and under their jurisdiction and TJCG highly encourages Space Mining and this can be done if financially and technically feasible to reserve the Precious and Materials and Natural Resources of an inhabitable grade or marginally inhabitable grade or barely inhabitable grade planet for emergencies or later and is highly encouraged by TJCG.
