- The Baby Making Permit has to be obtained by both future parents
by the Goddessess and or GodFathers handling their Net and Cover.
- The fee for the Baby Making Permit is $337.00 for a high average
couple IUR and $10K for low average couple IUR's and collected and paid to the Queens.
- They have to both have current Health Insurance and prove
Emotional and Family and Financial Stability.
- The relationship has to look really solid with little risks for
divorce in the next 23 year future.

- Drop the male spouse unless they attempted to be careful and were
on Birth Control and were trying to be careful and they are approved for a Baby Making
Permit from female spouses Net and Cover or if not qualifying for that and the female
spouse qualifies for an ' Abort Permit ' from her Net and Cover High Level Being and she
is less than 6 weeks and then takes Oral IU Approved Abort Medication and verifies
termination in less than 6 weeks or if none of the former then drop the male spouse.

- Drop the male unless the male qualifies for a Marriage License
from in this case 90% of the Queens on the planet they both currently are living on and
they qualify for a Baby Making Permit then they are required to get married immediately
and the male spouse is required to stay with her and support them both until the child is
an adult on the evening of childs 23rd Birthday and in the latter case if male
spouse does not stay with them and support her and the child until child is adult the male
spouse is dropped.
