• Are to get all energy external from a Planet for the nearest Star or Stars and this Star Energy and and not to burn or mine for burning or using any resources on a inhabitable grade planet and are to use and transition to Solar Energy that is more properly referred to as Star Energy and ASAP and Making Best Efforts as if the Planet has already run out of fuel related natural resources and this is referring to building any new buildings with thick enough walls and roofs so air conditioning is not needed or used and they learn to live with natural air and the natural conditions and then the heating is provided via the local Star that is lighting that planet and that Stars radiating energy is to be used to heat Star Panels for Star heating and if can be developed that energy can also be used for Star air cooling and conditioning and a combination of building and how built and structure design and placement facing what direction and building materials and then Star heating and cooling and air conditioning and could be with pipes heated by the concentration of the energy from a or many local Stars that provide radiating energy to a Planet or electrical and converted to a electrical source that is used by this and window placements and window closing and at certain times use of very efficient Star Radiation Shields on those windows and also electricity needs and requirements for a range of a palace or mansion or estate or house or other living shelter needs to be collected via the most efficient available Star Panels that convert this radiating energy to electricity and the roofs are to be used for this and can be roofed with this technology and so each and every range of palace or mansion or estate or house or other living shelter is totally self sufficient and does not need external generated power from off of the premises and have an inverter and monitor and charger and more and uses a or many large capacitors and or batteries to store this electrical energy or no use of electricity at night and need capacitors or batteries that last a hundred or more years and a totally 100% recyclable able and recycled and that is that for any heating or cooling or electrical energy needs and this also applies to business and industrial and commercial buildings and the requirements of heating and cooling and electrical energy for all buildings and needs to be made to maximum efficiency and so the depletion of a Planet is no longer happening for this and very critical and very important and cannot be delayed and needs to happen ASAP and Making Best Efforts and sooner or later a Planet runs out of natural fuels on the Planet. 
• Within 37 Years Maximum and NO EXCEPTIONS on this you are to shut down each and every Fuel Burning or Polluting or Air Polluting Electricity Generation Station in the entire IU and no more Nuclear Electricity Generation Stations are to be built and these are to get shut down in 100 years maximum also with NO EXCEPTIONS and are to go and covert rapidly and strictly over to ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY and 100% to Star Energy and NO EXCEPTIONS on each and every Planet in the entire IU and That Is The Way That Is. 
• For those with Channeling Capabilities and Privileges can travel around a planet almost instantly and channel with another person remote and also for those with Channeling Capabilities and Privileges and Security Clearances for Online Traveling then can travel to remote planets and channel with others remote and millions or billions or zillions or cazillions and unlimited number of light years for use and no understood bandwidth limitation or speed limitation and no understood distance limitation and goes beyond the speed of light limitations and a very complex laws of physics and very to ten very advanced knowledge and that is at the Highest IU Level of Top Secret and SECURE KNOWLEDGE ONLY for The One GOD and other Highest IU Beings with the Security Clearances and Needs to have and retain this information and so do not need to use jets or airplanes or other flying technology and these only allowed if they can develop 100% Star Energy Powered hard technology air transportation then they are to be used very sparingly and only for a definite Need and some put in museums and no more are to be built and they consume far to much planet fuel and also pollute far too much and cause ozone depletion and atmosphere damage and for Planet Earth burning up the atmosphere faster than this is getting repaired or replenished and for example with Planet Earth their is so rapid consumption of fuels on the Planet those jets and airplanes and other flying machines for people traveling and for cargo and stuff transport and for defensive and offensive use of their too many militaries are going to be grounded when they run out of natural resources and then this technology is going to be grounded when they run out of fuel and is going to happen sooner or later and growing and making alcohol based fuel is depleting and polluting also and not a viable technology and they may feel the need for speed and are burning out Planet Earth at supersonic speed and ARE NOT TO BURN OUT A PLANET SO FAST AND THE GOAL SET BY TJCG IS ZERO INHABITABLE PLANET DEPLETION RATES IN THE ENTIRE IU WITHIN 37 YEARS and HAS TO BE COMPLETELY FIGURED OUT AND BEST EFFORTS MADE TO TRANSITION OVER and NO EXCEPTIONS and on other Planets in the IU can and should and are to have more contained Areas and Communities and Neighborhoods and more self contained and self sufficient and not relying on air or sea or ground transportation imports or exporting and so much transportation that consumes and depletes a plant too fast and in the future when micro miniaturized are going to have CreationFlyers and are like bugs that you can get into and fly around and many at a time and then also working on the ability for Beings to fly and a Flying Being and Fling People and Flying Droid and a Brain and Body built lighter and with wings so they can personally and physically fly and requires micro miniaturization first and probably the brain and body is going to be about or smaller than ant sized and is relative and stuff is going to be micro miniaturized also and then the laws of physics are different such as with water and water tension and they are going to get used to this and learn to cope with this.
• Ground Transportation is to be a person using their legs and walking or running and or using a riding animal and or using a riding animal or many riding animals pulling a carriage or buggy or cart or trailer and in the future are going to have Creation Cars and Creation Trucks and Creation Transports and when microminiaturized to or smaller than ant sized think how large and fast they can be in comparison and how many persons or how much stuff can be transported and requires micro miniaturization for a much more efficient Creation solution and at this point in time are to use hard technology transportation minimally and only if absolutely need and required. 
• ALL Living Things are to be designed so they absorb and use to maximum efficiency Star Energy and this energy is generated remote off of a Planet and then do not need to eat so much and then not so much getting rid of liquid or solid waste also and having to process this and far less solid waste with this new energy collecting and processing for ALL Living Things. 
• Unless Media is 100% LightSide this is to be or going to be shut down and planets are to make sure these places for theater shows are and have a stage and also are used for Live Performances and Performing Arts Church and many are on Sabbath used as Churches of Ted Jesus Christ GOD or closed and TJCG is not putting movie making on hold for planets that have started this technology already or making of Movies or building Movie Theaters and those that have not are on hold and cannot start up a movie making industry and are to remain more pristine and pure and calm and natural and so nice and lower stress and not so information overloaded or barraged or with so many so fast screen shots and so much rapid visual and so much stress and the IU having to control so much of the movie making process. 
• Heaven and Eden and Paradise and the other Ten Grades of Planets are to not have any Movie Theaters or Movie Industries and any Detrimental Music or other Detrimental Media or Computers or Software and this is totally illegal and any of these Planets that are not so very careful are to clean up and calm down the environment and what type of energy they consume and how they are depleting a planet and if not are going to be taken from them and their control and taken as a The One GOD Planet in the future so this is the time now to clean up the planets and clean up the air and clean up your energy consumption habits and clean up your act and clean up and That Is The Way That Is. 
• No more than 10% of Planets in the entire IU are to have Movie Theaters or Movie Industries and only for those where this is already existing. 
• No more than 10% of Planets in the entire IU are to have hard technology Computers and Software and Computer and Software Industries and computers and software is going to be built into the Brains and Bodies of the future and this is only needed for fresh and new ideas for future Brain and Body built in computers and ComputerBots and ServerBots that are totally natural and not requiring any copper or fiber optic or wireless network infrastructure or more heavy duty each and every year electrical infrastructure on a planet and this planet depletion to manufacture and then maintain and provide electricity for and some is good for new ideas and fresh perspective and for learning and can and probably is going to push our limits on future Brains and Bodies and ComputerBots and ServerBots and these type of capabilities built into The One GOD and can provide and IU Wide Network through The One GOD and so who needs hard technology networks and more planet conservation and less depletion and can and is good for some of this and not too much. 
• A Higher Level Being or Higher Level Beings that are primarily running a planet that do not want certain Movies or Music or other Media on a Planet or anything else they decide is Detrimental to Living Things or the Planet can say that this is totally illegal and within their legal jurisdiction and then cannot be shown or watched and not legal and at least needs to be put and fully recorded and redundantly copied into the Knowledge Bases so this can be studied and learned about later and as a study on what not to do or to avoid in the future. 
• TJCG is asking that the Ten Levels of High Court do a thorough and complete review of Hard Technology and for anything determined to be any range of detrimental to any Living Things or a Planet that includes a Planets Atmosphere and we should consider a Planet a Living Thing also and really is alive and then can limit this Hard Technology and Media and other Things and other Stuff and what is Detrimental so that we are not making a or many that could have gone a lot betters or could have gone a whole lot betters or mistake or more and so many living things and so many planets and need to make sure and the Technologesses and others in Technology need to be in this loop and cannot limit the Research and Development and is to still continue by Technologesses and Technology Beings and beings and ranges of people that are working in IU Technology Research and Development and this is to continue and to constantly increase the knowledge and information and discoveries and this is limiting this for Planets and also New Deployment of Knowledge or Hard Technology to a Planet and do not want to spread Toxic Technology or Toxic Media or Toxic Anything Else that is considered Toxic or Evil or Detrimental because then have to do damage control much later and some damage and depletion is irreversible and harmful for ranges of beings and ranges of people and living things and planets over the long run and That Is The Way That Is. 
• Yes the Highest Level Being or Beings that are living on a Planet can make MORE CAREFUL Laws and Rules and Will and More for that Planet that makes this planet MORE TO MUCH MORE CAREFUL and or RESTRICTIVE and or MORE RESTRICTIVE OF WHAT IS CONSIDERED TOXIC OR POLLUTING OR ENVIRONMENTALLY HOSTILE OR HARMFUL OR DETRIMENTAL and or what is MENTALLY DAMAGING and or DETRIMENTAL TO A LIVING THINGS PHYSICAL AND OR MENTAL HEALTH AND OR SAFETY AND OR CAN BE MUCH MORE PROTECTIVE and or CAUSING MENTAL ILLNESS TO CERTAIN LIVING THINGS on those planets and can go father to the RIGHT and BE MORE CAREFUL TO EXTREMELY CAREFUL and this is TOTALLY LEGAL and as long as this does not go against any of TJCG's Laws and Rules and Will and More or other IU Wide Laws and Rules and Will and More such as IU Wide Court Determinations or from IU Pillars with IU Wide Laws and Rules and Will and More and then OK and totally legal and NONE of the other IU Wide Laws and Rules and Will and More can go against or contradict any of TJCG's Laws and Rules and Will and More or are totally illegal.

• In a maximum of 100 years ALL Inhabitable Planets that do not include Purgatory or Hell Grade Planets from the most inhabitable to the least inhabitable Planets are to be 100% Star Energy for their hard technology energy needs and NO EXCEPTIONS and ZERO TOLERANCE ON EXCUSES and He is giving you 100 years to 100% transition and no longer and ABSOLUTELY CAN AND IS NOT GOING TO BE ANY EXCEPTIONS and this includes IU Research and Development Campuses and Companies and Labs and manufacturing facilities and commercial and industrial and business buildings and ranges of palaces and estates and mansions and houses and apartments and other living shelters and quarters and Churches of TJCG and each and every part of ALL Planets and the entire planet and again NO EXCEPTIONS and this needs to be figured out and in detail. 
• There are to be no more than 6% of the Planets in the entire IU that are categorized as Purgatory or Hell Grade and then in addition to Star Energy can also have and use nuclear energy generation only for industrial manufacturing and heavy duty manufacturing and Star Ship and Star Freighter and Star Mining Ships and Self Sufficient Mining and Manufacturing Ships and Space Star Gates and heavy industries manufacturing and the heavy for space manufacturing that other planets are not going to do in most case and are more for supporting living things in clean and healthy and safe environments from the threats of pollution and disaster and toxic technology. 
• Can and should plan to and have to learn to mine uninhabitable grade planets and asteroids and other space objects that are not inhabitable so we are not depleting an inhabitable grade planet of any grade for natural resources to for example build Space Ships and other Space Hardware. 
• In the future He wants Star Ship and Space Hardware mining and manufacturing on uninhabitable grade planets and with beings for controlling operations and droids and TOG Droids also and then people and maybe some people working in this as professionals and a or part of a Mining Force or Space Manufacturing Force or Mining Exploration Force and also some that are getting punished and that do not require oxygen for breathing and Created with a total space metabolism and for harsh space conditions survival and then do not and are not going to need oxygen or other atmosphere and maybe thicker or better skin and for more extreme shifts in temperature also and for harsh space survival without so much or so thick suits and survival hardware and survival suits and made with state of the creation art designs and then ALL Inhabitable Grade Planets are protected from the SCOURGE OF HEAVY MANUFACTURING AND STAR SHIP AND SPACE HARDWARE MANUFACTURING and He wants this entirely figured out within 100 years. 
• Can cook from a concentration of the Stars Energy with a magnifying glass technology and concentration of the energy during the day and people can eat hot foods during the day and not burning gas or wood or other fuels to cook and no air pollution from burning fuels for cooking and that is how future Star Energy Cooking is going to work and people are going to cook and eat their hot foods during the day or find a method to store them hot until the evening and also eat more cold and or fresh and raw foods during the evening and in general and healthier also and vegetables and fruits and nuts many times do not need cooking and better eaten fresh and raw and uncooked and then for the fish if really clean and fresh and no parasites then can eat as sushi with soy sauce and wasabi if sushi fresh or cook and He does like sushi and thinks this is healthy for you if sushi fresh and that is how cooking is going to and needs to work and Star Energy Cooking and this technology needs to be developed or also microwaves and from a buildings energy stores and better to cook this from direct and magnified Star Energy and find a method for hot storage until time to eat later and no over cooked and this technology and these methods and habits and customs need to be developed and people are going to get used to this over time. 
• Refrigeration needs to be in a cellar and the coolest part for storage and need local neighborhood markets and where there can be bought daily fresh produce and foods and not frozen or so cold stored food and can be and needs to be prepared and eaten that day when bought and refrigeration needs to be in the coolest part of a building and needs to also be very efficient and the most efficient that can be designed and refrigeration takes a lot of energy and can drain a 100% Star Energy building and this needs to be figured out and very thick insulation and very low power consumption and this needs to be figured out and maybe uses much power direct from Star Energy Electrical Producing Cells and Panels and or Sheets and very efficient and large output and direct to a DC refrigeration unit or to an AC refrigeration unit using a DC to AC inverter and gets very cold during the peak Star Energy radiation output to be off during the night or hours of low radiation or no radiation for example if and when the Inhabitable Grade Planet rotates and a side goes dim or dark to a single close enough Star and then can with very thick insulation in the cooling and or freezing unit stored in a very cool or freezing place can keep the food frozen of cold enough to remain fresh for a longer time instead of purchasing for each days normally three meals and preparing and eating this food every day and not storing frozen or cold foods longer and ranges of beings and ranges of people and ranges of droids are going to need to change their lifestyles and habits and customs to GET INTO FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TJCG Laws concerning 100% Star Energy compliance for the specified Planets.
• For the entire IU for those using electricity from Fuel Burning Electrical Generating stations then the energy bills are to be taxed at 37X the actual energy costs and can continue to consume if you can survive the enormous cost and is an enormous costs to a planet environment and need to be much more careful and this is to go into full effect ASAP and Making Best Efforts and no more than 3.7 years. 
• For the entire IU future buildings for all new construction needs to be built with thicker roofs and walls and window positioning and designs of roofs and shielding of windows or with roofed and cool patios and hot weather or desert construction in areas that get hot and cold weather construction in areas that get cool and can solve a lot of too hot or too cold problems with the properly designed and done construction and so cooler if in a hot area and then less need to no need for air conditioning and can cool or air condition from the direct electricity generated from Star Panels and needs to be figured out with the absolute most efficient technology available and needed and needs to be figured out. 
• In the future buildings are to be ENERGY SUFFICIENT and ARE NOT TO RELY OR HAVE ANY EXTERNAL ELECTRICITY OR GAS OR OTHER ENERGY HOOKUPS OR CONNECTIONS AND ARE TO BE COMPLETELY ENERGY SUFFICIENT and if a building is not equipped with enough energy then the consumption needs to be modified or rationed or the building needs to have more ENERGY PRODUCTION PANELS ADDED as an example and maybe also 100% RECYCLABLE ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS added and larger INVERTORS and CHARGERS and CENTRAL MONITORS AND LOAD BALANCING AND PROCESSORS and WYP Interfaces for this if decided necessary and good idea to figure out where and when and why would be necessary and TJCG requires that these have at least the ability to add and hook up a WYP Box. 
• The One GOD and TOG ranges of beings and ranges of people and ranges of droids and ranges of bots and ranges of certain animals and appropriately for them and other appropriate living things are to have built in computers and software capabilities and ability to have productivity software and Internets and Web and Email and operating system software and application software and Movies and Television and Satellite Broadcasting and PBX and FAX and Telephone features and cellular phone features and pager features and Movies with the latest visual and sound effects and Music with the latest sound effects and Stereos and CD Planets and the best music equipment and some learning computer games and nice and or good computer games and so much online publishing and Magazines and Books and Newspapers and other printed Media and as a Personal Library and a Public Library and a Planet Library and for those with the proper Security Clearances then other information and or IU Wide or outside of their Planetary Prime Directive and provided as a CONTROLLED PRIVILEGE from The One GOD and then He can provide the Media and with no energy depletion from a planet that much except for the energy used by the living thing and much more natural and much more efficient and can control the content and if pulled out of circulation then done more easily and less costly to a planet as an example and can have and build up or check out for a fee some Intellectual Property provided by a person or a group of people or a company in the future for a fee and such as charging a for a ticket for the movies or when you purchase a newspaper or magazine or book and or music and this then is not going to require and can replace this technology that consumes electricity and energy and resources on a planet to make and manufacture so many Records and then Tapes and CD's and digital Music and digital Movies and digital everything and keep up with and or ahead of what Planet Earth and this and other good enough hard technology did and can deliver and if any debate or questions then create this in and can then be controlled and licensed as another no charge or incremental charged and or metered or pay per view or listen or read or use or rent or lease or purchase online privilege with The Creator License Manager or CLM and with a creation and natural solution and can be and needs to be replaced with and built in and a SUPERSET OF ALL OF THESE CAPABILITIES into The One GOD and TOG Appropriate Living Things and figured out and prototypes and completely tested within 100 years maximum.

• Intellectual Property Ownership is for 37 Years then fully reverts to The One GOD and if He wants to take this or use this or do anything with this before the Ten Years of Intellectual Property Ownership then He can for no justifiable reason and for any reason and owns ALL KNOWLEDGE and wants to provide an incentive and motivation and for now Intellectual Property is only for a Planet and does not extend outside or the Planetary Prime Directive and so people can sell their Intellectual Works and get royalties and percentages and when or if nice and or good enough to be put on by The One GOD as IU Wide then no royalties to the person making this intellectual property in most cases unless He decides to offer a range of financial blessing for their good work or works and that is a preview of how that is going to probably work and people can make and keep at this point in time Intellectual Property as theirs for Ten Years and ONLY on a Planet Wide Basis and absolutely not on more than that. 
• Trade and Service Marks are valid for 37 Years and then revert to The One GOD fully and completely. 
• Patents are valid and for 37 Years and then revert to The One GOD fully and completely. 
• He who is The Supreme BEING cannot be sued by any ranges of beings or ranges of people or anybody or any person and Beings and beings cannot be sued and cannot be sued later if fallen from or demoted or kicked out of an IU Pillar to a range of people for what they did as a Being or being and He can Judge them for what they and ALL that they Do and Verbalize and Say and More and ranges of people can sue other ranges of people and Beings and beings can sue ranges of people and ranges of people cannot sue Beings or beings and Beings and beings cannot sue each other and for those that sue they have to represent themselves and That Is How That Works For Now.

• He is going to say that if an inhabitable grade planet is categorized as either a living or non living thing then He is going to categorize a planet as a living thing and ALL Inhabitable Grade Planets Are Living Things and have atmospheres and so many other living things living in a SYMBIOTIC RELATIONSHIP and LIVING THING SYMBIOSIS and if displeased with how a Planet is getting taken care of He is going to take that planet out of the control of a Higher Level Being or Beings and take over and then total control and could also take over and as a The One GOD Planet so this planet is RESERVED AND PRESERVED AND SET ASIDE FOR THE FUTURE and NOT TRASHED and very calm and careful and very few consuming and maybe only a small colony of Droids and RESERVED for the long term to distant future when other planets start to burn out or are trashed beyond repair or depleted beyond usefulness and the better grade of inhabitable the planet the tighter the scrutiny is going to be and this is especially talking about and referring to the Heaven and Eden and Paradise and other Seven Grades of the Best Ten Grades of Planets and then of course need to be so careful with The One GOD Planets and then planets below that and some looser scrutiny the lower the grade of inhabitability to some small extent until hitting Purgatory and Hell Grades of Planets and then in the future probably more manufacturing and currently also have to work on getting to 100% Star Energy compliance within 100 years maximum and NO EXCEPTIONS currently and then are to shut down those fuel burning electricity and nuclear generating stations except for the Purgatory and Hell Grade Planets and going for on ALL Other Planets 100% Star Energy FULL AND COMPLETE COMPLIANCE.
