Cultural Aspect:
Personality: Houseless elves share the temperament and disposition
of elves in general. However they are typically shunned by other
non-houseless elves. This often makes them bitter or antisocial
to their elven brethren.
Alignment: Often breaking laws or having stringent traditions
imposed on an elf directly causes them to become houseless. This
makes Chaotic alignments more common. Lawful houseless elves do
exist, but they are rare.
Traits:
Shunned: -2 to all charisma based skill checks involving
non-houseless elves, +2 with houseless elves.
Unfettered: Is no longer bound by any elven traditions except
those they wish.
Exposure: Being constantly surrounded by humans and other
short lived people you pick up a few things. +1 additional skill
point every level.
