I started making model tack in 2004 with my first all purpose saddle and bridle. My frist result was really pleasing, though I decided to make it a jumping saddle instead.

I made my first Western saddle in February 2005 and really love it too.

I also make halters, bridles and breastplates. I can make ribbon browbands too, and am working on a dressage and stock saddle. I am also working on a top secret suprise!

I hand sew and glue all my tack and try to give them a professional finish using workable buckles. At the moment I only use vinyl instead of leather as it is much cheaper to buy. However I am hoping to get some leather shortly!

This is the first saddle I ever made. It is a traditional size and looks great!

I made this simple and quick Barcoo bridle in 2004. It was one of my first attempts. I like to think that my tack is now slightly more advanced than that!

This saddle was my first western attempt, and I must say I am very pleased with the result! It was designed specially for my Charlie model and I think it suits him very well!

Better photos coming shortly!

The two photos below are of a halter and a bridle I made for two of my close friends. The halter is being modelled on Charlie and the bridle is being displayed on 'Windsor Lodge Shandy' owned by Steph. (Photo taken by Steph).

Both pieces are fully adjustable with working buckles.

LATEST UPDATE!

I just finished this black Western Tack set. It is Traditional size and the saddle features an embroidered seat and the bridle has a detailed show browband. All the pieces have working adjustable buckles. The saddle blanket/navaho is also included.

Tack set sold to Emma C from Victoria.
