| Craig A. Jordan is a Fourth Dan Black Belt under the World Youn Wha Ryu Association, Missouri Division. He has trained in several martial arts styles over the last thirteen years and is a Certified Youn Wha Instructor. His main schools are in South County St. Louis and Park Hills, Missouri. Craig also has many other locations in Missouri. Craig teaches many specialized training courses in addition to the Youn Wha System. Several years as a police officer defensive tactics instructor, combined with Youn Wha Ryu, Hapkido, JuJitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Judo, and Pressure Point training add to the high level of training and excitement at all special seminars and advanced training courses. Craig, his school owners, and his staff have all devoted their life and training to Grandmaster Han's Training Principles. Be Patient Be Polite Be Alert Be Brave Do Your Best Respect Yourself and Others If one trains on these techniques with every aspect of one's life, then the physical, mental, and spiritual challenges of life are easily overcome. These techniques, long with Qi Gong Breathing exercises make the Youn Wha system of training a traditional system with much more to learn than just punching and kicking. Craig is also responsible for training and certifying the judges and referees in the World Youn Wha Ryu Association. Classes are held every month or two and more often if needed. Referee and Judge Training for more information on becoming a certified judge or referee. In 1998, Craig began the first Youn Wha Aerobic Kickboxing program in the Missouri Division. After seeing and taking several different classes, Craig combined the kickboxing programs with the Youn Wha training techniques and strategies to ensure an all over body workout that promotes self defense and weight loss at the same time. This workout is to music and also has the special bag workout. For ten rounds, you get to take out your daily frustrations by kicking and punching a real live bag!!!
