My Wish

I wish I was a sacrifice, that somehow still lived on,
with feeling deeply laid and lightened up your heaven.

I wish I was a harbor in the tempest, where sailors are glad to see,
to embark their weary soul till no angry storm at sea.

I wish I was a soldier, with someone who waited for me,
with eyes filled with longing glare and a smile as sweet as can be.

I wish I was a song, that all children sang with laughter,
to lift up everyone's spirit and bring joy together.

I wish I was a sentimental gift, the one that you hung on,
with sweet memories hover around and forever stay on.

I wish I was a shinning star, that went on top of a Christmas tree,
like the glowing lamp of hope emitted and set you free.

I wish I was a messenger, and all the news were good,
that life as sweet as perfume and pure as prayer would.

I wish I was the pedal brake, the one that you depended on,
no more fears, no more doubts, you were not alone.

I wish I was the full moon, touching on your celestial face,
with light glows on your silky hair and show your beauty grace.

I wish I was the roses sent, the one that made you smile,
and among the most devine will sent across the miles.

I wish I was the love letters, that you read over and over again,
to bring you pleasure thoughts and free from pains.

I wish I was the verb “trust”, and never ever let you down,
heart to heart as we live, hand in hand as we stood.

But most of all, I wish I was fortunate,
as fortunate as me, to have you by my side.........
