In addition to our main
tower and shop, our guild includes additional territories, or annexes.
These annexes:
1) provide shelter
for guild members and their guests in territories around the land
2) serve as additional remote
resource and equipment caches
3) host a number of guild
activities particular to that annex.
In order for any property to
qualify as a guild annex, it must meet the following criteria:
-
The house must have a minimum
of 6 secure chests, which includes at least 1 secure for co-owners and
2 secure chests for resources and guild equipment.
-
The house should have a minimum
of five different guild members friended there.
-
The house should be accessible
in a co-owner fashion by a member of council other than the house owner
(this is accomplished a number of ways, but usually involves the guildmaster
having co-owner access in some form.)
-
A council member is assigned
to track resource/equipment levels of the annex and report deficiencies
to the house owner and/or guildmaster for replenishment.
Once a house is declared an
annex, the following rules apply to it, which are the same rules that apply
to the main tower:
-
The guild as a whole is responsible
for maintaining "baseline" resource/equipment levels for the house, once
a deficiency is reported.
-
The house owner or guild council
has the right to refuse/remove a member petitioning for friendship of the
house for any reason.
-
The house owner is entitled
use of annex resources/equipment as they see fit, including dispensing
materials to another member for guild use. However, abusing this right
may force the guild to remove the house as an annex.
-
Friends of the house are entitled
to use resources for guild production or development. Friends may also
access guild equipment there freely in the case of an emergency or if instructed
to do so by the owner/guildmaster.
-
The house owner has the right
to remove the house as an annex at any time, and may retain whatever resources/equipment
in the house at that time.
-
The house owner may hold any
event, whether for the guild or not, at the annex. The guildmaster is only
allowed to schedule guild related events at any annex.
Guild annexes are an excellent
way to keep those big homes from being empty all the time! |
