Ordo Sylvanus
Guild Credo
We believe that a guild is not simply a collection of people. Nor is it about sporting a nifty or famous title above your head. A true guild is about family. It is about every member understanding and upholding the ideals or charter of the group. It's about developing a true sense of cooperation and friendship. If you are here looking to join something "popular" or "famous" then I'm afraid you came to the wrong place. We hope to develop something deeper and stronger than most guilds. It often means travelling the road less taken, and challenging you to put in the extra effort for a more meaningful reward.

Do we have a name to uphold?? Of course we do, but our actions and motivations dictate how we are percieved, and NOT the other way around. We intend to be a benefit to those around us, in whatever function we choose to take part in, never for the sake of appearances, but in keeping true to our identities. We don't claim to be "special, important, or flawless" but we do claim to be above all, true to who we are. We are not the "one" guild that will save the world, there are thousands out there who claim to be such a guild. We're honest, loyal, and helpful friends, and whatever comes from that we're prepared to deal with.

We are not about boasting, showing off possessions or trying to prove that we are almighty and powerful. We let our actions speak for themselves. Having one million gold, or seven times grandmaster in skills is not the real challenge that this world presents. It is the ability to help and meet wonderful people, and develop a sense of brotherhood stronger than any guildstone, greater than any castle, or more powerful than any dragon. For walking the path of evil will always be easy. Claiming to walk the path of good, yet being fickle when it comes to proving something or needing to beat someone, is all too common. The hardest path to walk, is the one where you do what is right, even though you know that no one is watching, or that you will form enemies in doing so.
