                      Low Fat Avocado Salad Dressing

  1                cup  buttermilk
     1/2           cup  fat-free plain yogurt
  1                     avocado -- peeled and diced
  2                     green onions -- chopped
     1/4           cup  parsley -- minced
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
     1/2      teaspoon  garlic powder
     1/4      teaspoon  dill weed
     1/8      teaspoon  pepper
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients; cover and blend
until smooth.
Store in refrigerator.
Yields 2 cups.
